Holiday rentals with a patio in Spokane County

We really enjoyed Gregg and Heather’s place. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay! The house was very clean and in a great location for getting to the arena! Gregg and Heather were great hosts and very accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

Erik’s place is beautiful and in a very unique/beautiful neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and heated floors in the bathroom were a nice feature. It was my first time booking an Airbnb and he made it a good experience. Would recommend to future guests.

Had a great overnight stay with Katlyn & Christian. The renovated space was really well-done and tastefully decorated. I was impressed by how well the bathroom turned, especially the shower. The bed is easily the most comfortable I've had while staying at an AirBnB and slept like a rock. The kitchenette has everything you need for simple meal preps and everything was spotless, from the linens to the floor, it was all squeaky clean. I was only in town for a night but would love to stay here again the next time I'm in Spokane.

Tiffany’s place was perfect! Great location (5 min walk to convention center), secure and quiet apartment. Comfy bed, fluffy towels, and a well stocked kitchen! You can hear the street noise but the noise machine was enough to make sleeping easy. I would rebook this spot :)

They were very friendly, they opened up the entire backyard for my family and always responded when needed. We did have a miscommunication on my end for late checkout because I did not specify what time needed, but they seemed pretty understanding about the situation which was very nice!

My stay was heaven. There were many blossoming trees on the street and interesting architecture. I was about 4 blocks from the Perry District. The Grain Shed was only one highlight. They had live Celtic music in the AM! And always I had the serenity of the apartment to return to. There was so much attention to detail in the apartment. A calm environment, a super comfy bed.

Andreis place is quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for my stay. I loved the thoughtful decor and small touches. The bed was so comfortable with excellent linens. The neighborhood is beautiful.

It was a great stay. The directions were easy to follow and it was an easy checkin. The home was comfortable and clean. There was no tv, but there were board games that my kids and I played together. We had fun. Great place.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. Had all the necessities of a home and well stocked. There was plenty of space in each room, even the downstairs area that had many more beds and couch. Great for kids space! Bathrooms were clean, water pressure great, comfortable beds. One review mentioned the train, which is across the street, not a bother, and never heard a whistle. There’s a market very close in walking distance which makes it very handy. It’s was a comfortable space, good location, and Jon was nice to deal with. Totally recommend for large families.

A Beautiful home in a great location. It has a peaceful backyard in a quiet neighborhood. There is a park within walking distance & making trails for hiking in the area. I can’t wait to stay there again.

We were very impressed with how clean and spacious this place was! Perfect for us: two adults, a toddler and infant! They kindly had a pack n play for us so we had one less thing to pack and it fit easily in either room and there was plenty of space in one room for our toddlers air bed to fit. The hosts had thought of small details that made our stay even more enjoyable like coffee pods, sugar packets, beverages in the fridge and things like make up remover wipes in the bathroom! The host sent helpful instructions on how to check in and we were close by to anything we needed like a grocery store and coffee. We would stay here again when visiting family for sure!

Super sweet and quick responsive host! Place was clean and just as described! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again despite the house being located between a very nice and sometimes sketchy area. Had men in our group which made it feel safer with kids, but not the hosts fault at all. Would still stay again! Cars were safe on the street with no issues. AC was working perfectly along with the hottub. Thanks L!

This home fit our party of 6 adults very comfortably. The location was perfect, close in yet quiet and peaceful. I like that it is a single level home with open floor plan so easily accessible to all guests. We did not bring pets, but it is nice to see that pets are welcome too.

Quaint little house in one of South Hill’s lovely little neighborhood. A few blocks away from Manito Park and a super short drive to groceries and restaurants! Katie was super quick to respond. Had a great stay!

Only spent one night here but loved it! Great space and amazing location close to the hospital and downtown. One thing to note is that you may hear frequent sirens with it being near the hospital. Didn’t bother us though!

Margaret and Max’s home was perfect for our weekend! It was very easy to get to, close to downtown but quiet and peaceful. We loved the neighborhood! The beds were comfortable and laundry was an added plus. We had everything we needed! We would stay here again in the future!

Nathan was an amazing host. Super communicative, helpful, and friendly. The rental was spotless and easy to find/access. They left us a basket with extra snacks, a welcome card, and extra toiletries which came in handy! I would stay here again and again. The neighborhood was also very quiet and felt really safe which was important for me. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and stress free!

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!

My family stayed at Melissa's condo for 4 nights while in Spokane for a family wedding. It was very convenient to my sisters home so that was a huge plus for us. Communication and check-in was very great. It was super clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with all the basics. It was hot while we were there, but there are plenty of fans so it stayed very comfortable. It is right on the highway, so there's definitely road noise when sitting out on the patio. But you don't notice it inside. We had a great stay and we'll definitely stay here again next time we come to Spokane and need to rent a place. Highly recommend!
