Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Spokane County

jerry and natasha were very communicative and helpful navigating where things were in the home! the hot tub was such a plus!! my group and i enjoyed our time staying and would return for another visit. definitely one of my best airbnb stays!!

We enjoyed our stay and if we are back in Spokane we will definitely stay there again

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful lake house with my family. We had a blast and enjoyed every minute!

Communication was excellent and clear. Checked in often to see how things were going. Went above and beyond when I asked if had a certain utensil, and bought one for me!! I enjoyed the quick walk to amazizng pizza at Perry street and the bakery shop just steps away. King bed was soo roomy! Access to streaming services made quick movie watching efficient without having to add own subscription info. Looking forward to staying here again. Oldest nephew graduated this year. His two siblings are next year and then two years after. This would be my preferred place... at a fraction of cost of two hotel rooms. I especially loved the keurig maching; brought my own chia tea pods knowing that it was there!

Staying at Blockhouse was amazing. I stayed here with my 70 year old mom, her dog, and my 2 year old. It was beautiful and peaceful, and the access to coffee, food, a play ground, mini mart, and so many other fun shops was awesome. I really appreciated the huge walk in closet, where my son could sleep in his pack n play without the light waking him up at 4am. The blockhouses were very private, and quiet, and we had plenty of parking for our two cars. The price was unbelievably good! I can’t wait to stay here again!

Words can’t describe how beautiful this place is and the surroundings area are breathtaking. The host was super helpful and responsive. It was quiet it felt like home away from home.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this place was extra awesome! We have been on the road for a very long time and this was by far our favorite place to stay! Jake was quick to respond to all questions (not to mention very patient with me, lol). This apartment/condo has everything you might need in the kitchen, and the whole place was very spacious, clean and bright! You can tell that the hosts truly care about their guests experience. We are hoping to stay there again sometime soon! Thank you Jake!

The apartment itself was beautiful. I was a little surprised the complex had no parking. In a city, where parking is already stressful I wish I would have known what to expect ahead of time. Instead of being shocked with a $25 parking fee. The pool table is a community pool table for the whole building.. pictures make it seem included privately. location and comfortability were a 10/10

Jake's place was exactly as described. It was perfect for our one night stay and we loved the proximity to the park. The house was clutter-free and generally clean. But the floors felt a little dirty on our bare feet. The best thing about place are the beds - super comfy and we slept through the night!

Jake’s place in Spokane has everything an urban traveler needs. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Tha apartment contains all of the comforts of home. Jake provides a five-star experience for his guests.

It was a great stay! Had many amenities and was equipped with little things like laundry and dish soap, and everything else that was promised. I liked the location as well as it was walkable to eateries, shops and the Riverfront Park which I spent lots of time in. The kitchen was fully equipped as well, and the big windows was nice for sunlight. As someone who isn’t from this religion and used to this weather, both the fan cooler and the heater worked great for me! The only hiccup was that it took a few days to get the right passcode to the main entrance door, as the first few ones I was given were incorrect and I was stuck outside- once during rainy weather. However, someone would always happen to open the door eventually and Jacob was extremely responsive at all times of the day! He eventually got us the right passcode and the rest of our stay was smooth :)

Love staying here.. this is my second time here..

Jake is very responsive when I had any questions and extremely friendly! The space was exactly what we needed for two of us. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas and a short drive to the Spokane convention center which where our event was.

A nice little condo in an old (charming) building that is, indeed, close to nearly everything you may want to do downtown. In our case, it was only a couple blocks to the Bing Theater and a block or two more to get to the park. Street parking was plentiful (though note there are 2-hour limits during the daytime for street parking). The only drawback is that it being an older building, all of the really large windows are sealed shut. Which is a bit of a shame when the weather is so nice out. This is no fault of the hosts, of course. And they do provide an AC unit as well as fans to help move the air.
