Monthly Rentals in Spokane County

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. It’s conveniently located to several restaurants, fast food places, and grocery stores. Plus there’s a large field and playground at the end of the street. Everything is well maintained and clean. Tyler and Jenny are friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This a great space. Spacious, incredibly comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen. We parked our car and walked or biked everywhere we wanted to check out while we were there. Quick and easy walk to the arena, Riverfront Park, the Centennial Trail, and the hip Kendall Yards area. Will happily stay here again!

The place was wonderful and I will stay again in the future. It's was clean, tidy etc. I also recommend it to everyone who wants a such nice place to stay in. Thanks for everything you've done to make it great.

Erik’s place is beautiful and in a very unique/beautiful neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and heated floors in the bathroom were a nice feature. It was my first time booking an Airbnb and he made it a good experience. Would recommend to future guests.
