Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Splitska

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We had the most fantastic five days here, it was a real shame to leave so soon! The house was immaculately clean and the family met us for check in. They were so warm, helpful and accommodating, the perfect hosts. The house is just brilliant, in fact it’s two small houses. We put the teenagers in one and we had the other, this worked perfectly for us but perhaps not ideal if you have small children, although it’s flexible to set up however suits. The crazy golf, boule, pool, fireplace for cooking, gym (we obv didn’t use that!) and playground are simply brilliant. So much to keep everyone entertained. Easy walk in to Supetar which has a nice vibe and great spot to explore the island from. All in all we had the best time, perhaps our favourite ever AirBnB house.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

klein aber fein! Die Lage ist wunderbar - direkt in der Stadt aber ruhig. Es gibt, alles, was man braucht und es war super sauber und ordentlich. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestatteten Airbnb! Bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage vorhanden, ein Platz draußen zum Frühstücken. Große Empfehlung!

We had a most memorable stay at ivor’s place. The price point was incredibly reasonable for what we got. The view and amenities were outstanding. Ivor was always responsive, and when he wasn’t available on site, his mother was very helpful. It was so nice to feel part of the community! It’s such an idyllic village, and it was even more perfect because the huge tourist rush was coming to an end. We can’t say enough good things about the apartment, Ivor and his family, and we’d highly recommend staying with them. Thank you Ivor and family for your kindness and hospitality 😊❤️

Tolles Appartement in ruhiger Umgebung. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand und zum Hafen mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäckerei, Apotheke) . Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Milna ist ein schöner Ort ohne zu viel Trubel. Nancy und Marko sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.

Le studio est très cosy, très proche du centre ville et de toutes ses commodités pour découvrir Split en toute tranquillité. Le parking est un gros aventage. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et la communication est rapide et facile. Je recommande ce logement Emmanuelle

Der Urlaub war super schön. Wir waren zu fünft und die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Es gibt alles was man braucht, schöne Schlafzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sodass man mit vielen Utensilien kochen kann. Der Ausblick von dem großen Balkon ist wunderschön und man kann an dem Ort richtig gut entspannen und sich erholen. Im April ist nicht so viel los, aber wenn man einen ruhigen & privaten Ort sucht, ist man dort perfekt aufgehoben. Das Highlight war die schöne Badestelle direkt am Haus, wo man sich den ganzen Tag sonnen kann. Von dort aus und auch vom Balkon konnten wir abends bei ruhigem Wasser oder morgens in der Frühe Delfine sehen. Sehr besonders wunderschön :)) Anton ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und kümmert sich immer super lieb um uns gekümmert. Das Airbnb ist sehr zu empfehlen, danke für die schöne Auszeit 🐬☀️

We had the warmest welcome possible. Luciana even made supper because we arrived late. The garden is amazing and you feel and see the passion and time that is put into it. The garden is mostly edible, fresh fruit and tea are always present! It’s a little paradise of tranquility and a perfect place to visit Omis, Split or the multiple beaches all around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Luciana is the warmest host and made us feel right at home!

My stay at Igor’s was my first in Croatia The central location between Trogir and Okrug plus a 30 minute drive to Split make this home a perfect place to branch out and explore at your own pace. The neighborhood of Igor’s home is a laid back and quiet locale. I found it hard to leave🙂⭐️
