Holiday rentals with lake access in Split-Dalmatia County

Das Haus liegt in einer winzigen, versteckten Siedlung direkt am Meer. Frühstücken morgens auf dem Balkon mit Seeblick! Phantastisch! Das Haus war sauber und angemessen eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Kristine war reibungslos und einfach. Sie spricht gutes Englisch. Ihre Mutter hat uns ins Haus gelassen. Da funktionierte nur mit Händen und Füßen, aber dafür war sie herzallerliebst! Ein wundervolles Haus in einer wundervollen Umgebung! Wer Ruhe und Frieden sucht ist dort perfekt aufgehoben!

Absolutely perfect in every way a stunning place to stay so much space to chill inside and out everything you need is there which is a first for us . And the cleanest place we have stayed too . Unexpected gifts of wine and chocolates and meat and cheese too . We had kayaks so was brilliant to launch them from the one minute walk from the private lake access. Marijana so friendly and professional explained everything in five minutes to us without feeling rushed . This is a genuine honest review and can’t recommend it highly enough . We stayed at 2 villas in this village during our stay and this one was by far the superior. The layout of the house is brilliant and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We've never had a salt water pool but now like it more than chlorine. The pool is a very good size and the addition of an internal seat/shelf is great for days when you want to sit in the water to cool down. The villa had all the utensils needed for a 2 week stay. The location of the villa is good for visiting many of the areas attractions incline the skywalk, zipline, kayaking, Omis and coastal activities such as boat tours. We highly recommend visiting Bosnia during your stay and the restaurant at Eco Selo Grabovica, the food and view are amazing. Finally, the hosts make this villa the fantastic place it is and place it above others in the area. They genuinely want to ensure your stay is positive and go out of their way to help. Zvonko cooked us the best meal of our whole stay and we recommend this villa to anyone.

Absolutely loved staying at Boris’s spot! The apartment is located in such a vibrant part of the city with tons to walk to. The views were incredible and the space was cozy but comfortable. The covered outdoor area was a great place to chill outside and we were even able to leave our climbing gear downstairs to air out without hauling it upstairs. My friend and I visited Omiš primarily to climb, and this spot is in the perfect location — close to crags on both sides of the river. Boris was extremely responsive and able to provide recommendations on where to go and what to do. I’d absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was absolutely perfect – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The location of this place is Amazing.. right on the edge of a beautiful lake. We swam in the lake most days and also enjoyed some evening Kayak trips (too hot for the day), in the two Kayaks that also come with the house. House is great - with kind of a separate flat underneath the main house, where our kids could sleep - Little swimming pool, and darts and trampoline.. Klara could not have been a more helpful host - we arrived late at night - so she just left the key for us, and then checked in the next morning to check we were all OK, and then we just left the key when we left.

Stjepan (Stipe) was a wonderful host. He arranged airport transfers and was at the property to meet us. We checked in early, which was no problem with Stipe, and he gave us a lift to local supermarket twice during our stay, which saved lugging heavy bags on the bus. Stipe also arranged a great rafting trip, and recommended places to visit and where to eat, all of which were excellent. The property was clean, spacious and fully equipped. Would highly recommend.

Wir haben einen Teil unsere Flitterwochen in Tania‘s Apartment verbracht. Zur Begrüßung gab es leckeren Wein, Schinken und Kuchen, dass war sehr aufmerksam. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Punta Rata, es war eine sehr beeindruckende Zeit.

Tamara, and especially Zoran who was always available, were incredible hosts - we completely recommend this place! Our ferry to Mljet was cancelled due to a storm and both hosts were really reactive and helpful, picking us up from the ferry port the other side of the island, which we can’t thank them enough for. The accommodation was beautiful and clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need for homemade dinners. We are sad to leave, especially since the weather is now better 😄 Thank you again!

Outstanding location, very responsive and friendly host who has genuinely thought of everything a family on vacation away from home might need. Special thanks to the caretaker Ljubo, a genuinely lovely guy and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience!

l'accueil qui nous a été réservé était excellent, nos hôtes nous ont attendu très tard dans la soirée à cause du retard de notre avion. l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la literie confortable et la vue sur le plan d'eau est magnifique. des fruits et des boissons nous attendaient au frais à notre arrivée. nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Top huis! Alles was super schoon en de host was top. We verbleven hier met 12 meiden en de host had voor gezorgd voor een fijne aankomst. Er stond eten, drinken in de koelkast, er waren wasmachine pods en allerlei andere handige benodigdheden. Kortom we zouden zeker terugkomen!

I've had a fantastic stay and I couldn't recommend the place more. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped and the balcony with a view onto the bay was an absolute highlight for me. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Anita"s place is quaint, almost fairytail like. it is surrounded by mountains and beautifull nature. We enjoyed Omis, the coast and the surrounding mountains. The place is prestine. Only thing, if you need the bathroom at nights.....you have to go to different building.

Toni’s place is nice and cozy, very clean and well equipped. We needed a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and we found everything we wanted to use. It made our staying way more easier. The terrace is wonderful with a beautiful view to the lake, we loved it so much! Toni was very helpful and communicative all the time during our staying and before, when I had some important questions. He waited us with cake, which was really heartwarming after a long drive. Mljet is a really special place, if you like nature and active vacation.

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in Branka's Haus verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles gepasst, sei es die Kommunikation mit Branka (sie hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert), der herzliche Empfang durch Branka's Eltern, die Ausstattung des Hauses (besonders in der Küche fehlt es an nichts) und nicht zuletzt die einmalige Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Trotz der Alleinlage ist man aber auch schnell mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Wir können Branka und das "Private beach house" uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Das Thinkers House ist ein Traumhaus am Meer. Der atemberaubende Blick von der Veranda und aus den Zimmern kann eigentlich nicht übertroffen werden. Aber dann betritt man die Dachterrasse und es verschlägt einem dem Atem: Tagsüber das tiefe Blau des Meeres und in der Nacht ein unendlicher Sternenhimmel. Marko ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sein Haus wunderschön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Mario y su padre son unos anfitriones geniales. Nos trataron de maravilla y nos hicieron sentirnos muy a gusto. La casa esta en perfectas condiciones, tiene una piscina estupenda con temperatura constante (28ºC) y cuenta con barbacoa, bicicletas, etc., ideal para ir con niños. Es una casa bastante bien situada para visitar Dalmacia Central, además, tuvimos la suerte de poder ver las festividades de SINJ, el Alkar. Casa muy recomendable.
