Kleine ruhige Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Franzburg ist eher ein verschlafener Ort mit einem Eiscafe, Edeka, Sparkasse und Apotheke und bietet touristisch nicht sehr viel. Hier sollte man unbedingt mobil sein, da es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen ist. Die Ostsee mit schönen Stränden auf dem Darss kann nach ca. 40 Min. erreicht werden. Die Stadt Stralsund und die Rügenauffahrt sind in gut 30 Min zu erreichen. Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung enthält eine kleine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Dazu gehört ein Parkplatz, ein Balkon und Nutzung des W-LAN. Handtücher und bezogene Betten sind bei Ankunft vorhanden. Bei Bedarf kann für ein Kind eine Aufbettung ohne Aufpreis erfolgen.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und offen geschnitten. Im Winter ist es besonders schön, nach einem Ausflug nach Rügen oder Usedom das Kaminfeuer zu genießen. Abends lohnt es sich bei klarem Himmel, nach draußen zu gehen und die Sterne in der tiefen Dunkelheit zu bewundern.
