Boat place at private dock for smaller boat At 25 sqm you will find 4 beds (sleeping loft and sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen (though no oven) as well as modern bathroom with underfloor heating. There is ac and wifi in the house. A well-stocked balcony with outdoor furniture in the summer. 150-200 m away you will find the above mentioned bathing areas. In Saxemara there is also a country shop with a good selection. 7km away is Ronneby.

We start renting out our boathouse, by the sea, with jetty, terrace, kitchenette, bathroom and double bed. Separated from residential house. Small beach 50 meters away. Possibility to rent kayaks, boats and fishing equipment. Lovely running loops. Breakfast as an option. 12 km to the city with golf course etc. 19 km to the safari park with rest restaurant.

Small charming holiday home from the 50s with a sea plot, a private jetty and views of the Ronneby archipelago. Wood-fired hot tub and kayak, SUP and boat (without motor) included. The cottage is located at the far end of a peninsula and accessed by car. Nearby are shipyards, cafe and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Garden with grass lawn for games and play. Trampoline is available. TV and Wifi are available. Full access to the whole house and grounds except for storage rooms.

Welcome to Heaby! Charming cottage in seaside and scenic surroundings, with large, lovely and partially secluded plot with a patio under the roof. There is a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room. Six sleeping places divided into two bedrooms, with four beds in one bedroom, as well as a bunk bed in the second bedroom, both located in an adjacent cottage. Guests will clean up on departure. Nearby is child-friendly sea bath (1km) , several golf courses and walking paths in both fir and deciduous forest.

Modernt hus med alla bekvämligheter. Huset ligger i sydvästläge med viss havsutsikt. Stor altan på 90m2 med grill, vedeldad pizza ugn och bord för 6 personer. Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden (upp till ~4 personer). Huset ligger i en bokskog med stora träd inpå knuten. Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende intill vattnet. Stugan har en öppen planlösning. Det finns en 160cm dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa, matplats. Kök med spis ugn kyl/frys. Toalett med dusch. Tillgång till badbrygga och liten strand. På gångavstånd finns Ekenäs badplats eller varför inte ta turbåten ut till Karöns badplats där det också finns en sommar restaurang. Det finns också en restaurang på gångavstånd från stugan. Vill man uppleva skärgården kan man ta en tur med skärgårdsbåten.

Cozy, newly-built house in the countryside

Felicia's house is super nice, from the outside and from the inside. You immediately feel at home, everything is very clean and modernly furnished. The equipment is great, the living space is very spacious. The location is quiet, the garden is large and the terrace is also great! We were also allowed to use the grill. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and were always immediately reachable with questions. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a week in Mariannes cozy and spacious cabin. Marianne welcomed us and showed us around the cabin and the outdoor area and gave us good advice on what to do around the area. We felt right at home, which was very lucky as the weather was not always good so we spent quite some time indoors. We especially liked the very well equipped kitchen. The area around the house is stunning and very peaceful. We really enjoyed exploring the nearby island Torkö which is just a stroll down the road. We would love to return one day! Thank you very much for hosting us Marianne!

The vacation was beautiful and it was fun to get to know Ola a little. Nice little house with surprisingly good kitchen amenities. The Baltic Sea is very close, the boat, which you can rent from Ola for a good price, is really a great addition.

We stayed 2 weeks as a family with 2 kids (with fantastic weather). Fantastic garden and view, very green and quiet and nice sea view. Loved the public tack into the sea just opposite the house where we took a swim every day. With a couple of other nice swimming spots in walking distance. Also the house itself was super nice and well equipped.
