The Barn is a grade 2 listed, detached thatched Barn. A fine balance of the old and new. Converted to a modern, 21st Century dwelling, it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

Relax on our old repurposed farm in a fantastic location just 15 minutes from Norwich, 15 minutes from The Broads AONB or travel 20 minutes to the historic market town of Aylsham. Walk through the grass on our 14 acre field or sit in the dappled shade of our mini arboretum. It's a 30 min scenic drive to many great beaches. We even have an aviation museum on site for those history fans! The property is also wheel chair friendly with ramp at both doorways, etc.
