For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our Waterfall View Suite covers 49 m² and features a living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. In the Belle Époque house built in 1895, right in the historic city centre of Bad Gastein, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and the famous waterfall. As the starting point of the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade, our in-house café/wine bar with a great sun terrace invites you to enjoy exquisite drinks.

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Alpine tranquility - apartment with a view

Nestled in the middle of the Hohe Tauern surrounded by mountain meadows and nature, this top-floor apartment inspires not only with a fantastic view of huge mountain peaks but also with its stylish furnishings and layout. Nearby there are numerous attractions, ski resorts, ski touring routes, hiking routes, via ferratas, bike paths, gorges and much more. Since we have a very small farm, there is also the possibility to get in touch with our sheep.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
