Liebe Grüße! - No complete kitchen at the moment. - Not suitable for large/heavy people, we have nothing against large/heavy people, but the name FW Cozy was not chosen by chance ;) everything is a bit compact.

Delightful garconniere in the heart of Spittal

Since the small feel-good apartment is located in the center, shops, pharmacy, banks, post office and many restaurants are within minutes of walking. The Millstättersee lake is a 5-minute drive away, the wonderful mountain world around Spittal invites you to numerous sports activities in both summer and winter. Great place if you're looking for a quiet and secluded space with beautiful views. The bungalow was ready for us in every aspect: clean, plenty coffee pods, burning wood ready, BBQ with charcoal available, clear instructions how to use the pellet burner. There was even a lovely welcoming gift. Such a small gesture but makes such a difference! The owner was helpful and responsive. Gave us some recommendations which we were happy to explore. The only things we were missing where some basic kitchen stuff, such as salt, pepper, tea bags. There was no shower gel or shampoo available and towels were very small. Overall, the place was well prepared for us and the owner looks after his guests. And these views! Highly recommended!

Great apartment with indescribable views. The terrace is wonderful. In the morning, a deer came by, in the evening, the fireflies. Absolutely quiet location and equipped with everything. The view of the lake while showering is priceless. Parking space included.

I can fully recommend the place. I was looking for some peace and quiet, and you definitely have that here - incl. Splashing of a stream and a few animals living on the farm. The accommodation is located in the courtyard of the hosts and everything you need or could need is there (fully equipped kitchen, even spices are there, for example, the bathroom with washing machine and bathtub). Otherwise, it is worth mentioning that the bed is really very comfortable - I rarely sleep as well away from home as at home, but that was the case here. Everything was very well maintained and clean. I lacked nothing, the hosts are always available if you need anything or have questions. And even if the accommodation is on the same property as the host, you are "on your own".
