Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Spittal an der Drau

This place is so beautiful. Remote and calm, yet not far from Tolmin. Renata is a very warm and welcoming host. She lives right next door and gave us loads of homemade and local products to try. A very good base for a wonderful holiday in the Soča Valley.

This was a huge highlight of our trip. We were greeted by Blaz upon arrival who gave us a tour of the house and the farm. He spent over an hour showing the kids all of the animals at the farm. We enjoyed the fresh baked bread and jam from his mom. The house had everything that we needed and had tons of space. Every bathroom hand soap, toilet paper and even shampoo and body wash. There were plenty of towels and we were equipped with enough toilet paper for 3 days. They have frozen meat and vegetables in the freezer for purchase and fresh eggs as well. If you are looking for a brand new modern accommodation, this is not for you, but if you want lots of space, spectacular views, and to be surrounded by nature and animals, I would 100% recommend this. My kids wish we could stay here for the entire trip! Our car battery wasn’t working the morning we left & Blaz called the car rental for us & helped boost the car. The hospitality went far beyond they needed to do. THANK YOU!!

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Flavio and Moira's place! It is bigger than it appears on the listings and though it was initially colder (500 year old house and very low outside temperatures), we settled in very well. We enjoyed the nearby (~25m) ski resorts as well as hiking and a great ice rink right in the village. Thank you!

A great place! Oskar was a great host, very quick to respond if I had any questions, and was flexible to provide us with an earlier check in. Excellent outdoor space, and great for families. Was private, and quiet at night time. The space was clean and all amenities were provided. Easily walkable to town and main attractions. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bled!

Thanks very much to Tomi. We visited for a week over New Year's two families, a total of 5 adults and 7 children. Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen large enough with everything that goes with it: dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, as in the description. The large oven is the highlight: baking homemade pizza, bread and meat were prepared in the large oven in the kitchen. We rarely saw the neighbors but when we did we always greeted each other. We had our dog with us, he could romp in the enclosed garden. In the large common room, there is an additional fireplace for the cold days. The bathrooms are clean. There is even a washing machine in the basement. The house is getting old but is maintained. It is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. If something is missing, Tomi is there to help! The lake is a two-minute walk away. A well-equipped playground is about a 7-minute walk away with a soccer field. See you soon, Tomi. Thanks!

What a fabulous stay we had in Kaja’s apt. Great kitchen, all the appliances you need with great coffee machine. Bedrooms are a great size and the bathrooms are top class. Plenty of towels provided with a great shower. Very comfortable sitting room with a fantastic stove and tv. I can’t find fault with this apt and Kaja is a very attentive host. Parking directly out the apt is an extra bonus We really enjoyed our time in kaja’s apt and Kobarid

We arrived with six people for a ski vacation. We liked the house very much; on the sunny side of the valley, with many animals on the farm (dog, cats, calves, cows,...), very nice hosts (we even bought a better cheese grater because we wanted to make cheese spaetzle) and a cozy atmosphere (underfloor heating and lots of wood). We'd go back any time! Next time we would probably bring small bedside lamps for extra coziness :) A special highlight was also the sauna. Warm recommendation.

The place was homey, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. The property is situated in a relatively quiet neighbourhood and within reach of numerous Slovenian highlights by car. The host was also accommodating to our needs, especially since we travelled with a toddler. We highly recommend this place! We consider staying here again the next time we visit Slovenia!

We had a great time with our son at Dragicas apartment. We felt right at home and the location is just perfect to go out and see the beautiful places in the soca valley, as well as just being there and enjoy and relax. We would really love to come back and spend time there again.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a ski holiday. The apartment is nice and modern with a wonderful view of the area (mountains and valley). 15-20 minutes away from various ski options within Ski Amadé. We found Zauchensee and Flachauwinkel top for skiing. The sauna facilities are nice to use after skiing. Nearby and a fifteen-minute drive away are great restaurants. The staff is very friendly at reception and checkout.

It's a beautiful, secluded place. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's the perfect place to stay and enjoy the quiet surroundings if you have a car. We didn't have a chance to meet Tanja personally, but her daughter, Franziska, is the sweetest host. She is accommodating and knowledgeable and has excellent recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The apartment itself was spotless, with a great bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the swimming pool, which, unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy. If we are back in Klagenfurt, this would be our choice. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely time. We were able to really switch off and relax. The location is very quiet and nice and the house was clean. You have everything you need to cook. Ute is very friendly and nice and greeted us personally and explained and showed everything. We will recommend it and will definitely be back.

The apartment was very nice. Everything was clean and exactly as described. It is extremely quiet, with beautiful views of the mountains and a horse paddock in front of the house. A small hiking trail with little public traffic passes directly by the house. The hostess also gave us many useful and helpful tips on site. All in all, a perfect place to stay.

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

Great place for a few days in Bled. Clean and everything you need. Highly recommended

We had a Looking for accommodation with the whole family (6 adults, 4 infants, 2 dogs) and ended up in Chalet Franzi by accident - we had a wonderful stay. The kids loved the garden, the free entrance to the pool was an extra highlight. There was enough room for everyone and we adults could sit comfortably together in the evening. The furnishings of Chalet Franzi are really nice and functional (the beds are super comfortable). We will be happy to come back!

Sandra was a perfect host! The apartment is so spacious and well-equipped in a beautiful area. Highly recommended!
