Tina was one of the most helpful host that I've dealt with. We were stranded, trying to get into Zermatt. Access to Zermatt was cut off by a power outage which was caused by a huge snow storm. All trains and roads were closed. Tina helped us in every way possible during this difficult time. She sent us updates from the town every few hours. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it to Zermatt and had to find accommodations out of town. Tina refunded all of our money without any hassle. Tina's place looked great great from pictures and the price was reasonable. I'll be sure to book her place on our next trip to Zermatt.

We had a great time in Zermatt. The property is close to the valley run from the Sunnegga, is a good starting point to start hikes and it is also close to the village. Of course, everything is very easy, affordable. For simple requirements, I would recommend the place to anyone.

Definitely recommend this place to stay whenever in Zermatt 100%. The matterhorn view from every room of the place was beautiful and just perfect. The house was extremely spacious, fully furnished with a lot of amenities. Olga was very helpful and gave good advice whenever asked.
