Holiday rentals with a patio in Spinea

We enjoyed our staying in Francesca appartment. Its a very nice appartment with a very big balcony where you can eat. One nice bedroom+sofa in the living room, a good accomodation for a family with one or two children. Its very easy to park there and you are not far away from the old town ( 10 minutes walking, two minutes with bikes).

Nicolo's apartment is perfect. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. The decor is understated, quite suitable for an Airbnb. Very good location, both for access to the beaches and to visit Venice. Nicolo is responsive, everything went very well, thank you.

Don't hesitate, the apartment is spectacular, it has everything you need to be very comfortable and relaxed. We extended our stay one more day because of how comfortable it was, thank you for the warm attention!!!

We had a nice stay at this two-level apartment in Mestre! The place was actually more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient — there were frequent buses to Venice, a good and affordable restaurant just around the corner, and a supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and shutters not closing properly, but he came over promptly and fixed everything. Overall, a great base for exploring Venice while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Mestre.

We really like the house, a designer place. All the details made with thought and it’s not a common apartment - in Venice is hard to find these kind of designer places. Gets slightly dark, less light in the house but we also liked that. Neighborhood is amazing! Far from the loud crowd yet close to walking distance everywhere.

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

We had a great short visit in Venice, where we meet family members we haven’t seen in a long time, who happen to also be visiting at the same time but were in Verona. It was easy to arrange a meet up as Angelo’s Airbnb is close to Venizia Santa Lucia train station. We had a good full stay, had 2 good meals, visited several churches, took a vaporetto. Overall, had a fun day with our relatives. Thank you, Angelo for welcoming us to your home!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

perfect stay! the house was exactly as in the photos, very welcoming, well furnished and clean. The hosts were extremely precise in providing all the necessary information and the area in which the house is located is very nice, well connected to the centre of Padua and around there are all the necessary services, from supermarkets to restaurants.

Great place to stay for couples. Everything you could need for enjoyment or working remotely. Carmelo was a reliable and very friendly host. Located in the heart of Padova Old Town, yet in peaceful area.

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly and helpful host, the tavern was welcoming, well organized and clean. The area is quiet and, if you need it, I'll be happy to come back.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well stocked with everything. All that was missing were the chamomile sachets!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! this place is amazing! furnished with style and good taste, felt instantly like home. michele is very kind and easygoing. everything is nearby, as Padova is a walkable city. fantastic pasticceria with delicious breakfast just around the corner. for the people travelling by car, a real deal - one can park the car right in front of the property. and it is free of charge. highly recommended!!

everything was just great. exactly as in the pictures. super kind and responsive with many instructions. house was mega clean and smelled amazing. parking inside with remote and gate.

We stayed in Fabiola's apartment for one night and only negative was not having more time to spend at least another day exploring the city! Very nice location, a few steps away from the canal but close to plenty nearby cafes and restaurants. We took the Alilaguna straight from the airport to Guglie which was convenient even with 3 kids and luggage 😊 Fabiola had arranged an easy check-in proactively. Spacious place for two but as we spent very little time inside it was enough for 5 as well. Baby bed, super nice bathroom, clean kitchen and access direct from the street. All in all very neat but still authentic Venice feel 😊

Lots of space. The hosts were so nice! They brought us laundry detergent...like 3 bottles when we asked haha

One of the best place to stay near Venice. Commute is smooth. Barbara is extremely helpful. She is a great host and helped us in every way possible. The property is spacious and clean. Great restaurants nearby and beach is must visit

the hosts are really friendly and checked in on us via message. we were always able to reach them if we would have needed something. they send clear instructions for check in. we felt really welcome. overall it was a great stay and Barbara and Maurizio are really great hosts. if we visit jesolo again we will come back.
