Perfect Location with beautiful view and great host

Giuseppe's apartment is as described, inside a well-organized kitchen, functional rooms and bathroom also to store all the contents of the suitcase, the outdoor space with shower, sink and wires to hang towels very useful after returning from the sea, parking in the top property! Excellent location, the sea with rocks 50 meters away... the marina of San Gregorio is a wonderful corner of Salento, the sandy beaches from 5 to 20 minutes by car (we visited several having a small child). But the BONUS that made the vacation really pleasant is the hospitality of the host Giuseppe and his mother Anna, always available and with whom to gladly exchange a chat. Anna lives in the house above, she's the neighbor everyone wants, she made us feel at home. Thank you for everything!

Such a beautiful location with a peaceful, perfect view of the sea. We sat in the “relax zone” (the veranda) from sun up until after sun down. BBQ, table & chairs, lounge furniture under cover on 1st level, or on open terrace below beside the jacuzzi. This is a total chill house - comfortable, clean bed, simple kitchen for easy meals, natural design which is so fitting to the environment. Highly recommended. Note that at the end of October, you need to be prepared to search for open restaurants close-by. Good restaurants can be found with small drive.

James & Amber's home was truly exceptional - one of the most beautiful houses I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The attention to detail throughout the space was remarkable, from the thoughtful interior design to the perfectly maintained outdoor areas. The home exceeded all expectations with its stunning architecture, comfortable furnishings, and ideal location. Every room felt both luxurious and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. James was an outstanding host - responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best possible stay. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants and quickly addressed any questions we had. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!!!
