Holiday houses in Spetses

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Ich habe schon viele Air BnBs besucht in meinem Leben aber das hier übertrifft alles. Ich würde tausend Sterne geben wenn ich könnte. Dieser Ort war ein Zuhause. Nikos ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn man Fragen hat. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nur ein paar Anwesen die aber nur zeitweise bewohnt sind. Wer die Privatsphäre, Ruhe und Nähe zur Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Fotos werden dem eigentlichen Anwesen nicht gerecht, in Natur ist das Haus noch tausend mal schöner! Der nächste Strand ist in Laufnähe und es gibt eine Taverne. Ein Fortbewegungsmittel ist unabdingbar um ausreichend Trinkwasser und Nahrung zu transportieren oder zu erreichen. Auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel würde ich nicht setzen. Aber mit dem E-Bike ist man innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten in der Stadt und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten der Gesellschaft. Ich habe mich auch jederzeit sicher gefühlt, ich bin eine alleinreisende Frau.

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

This was just what we were looking for, and hoped for. A beautiful peaceful holiday for a couple. If we needed anything the hosts were quick to respond, but the suite had everything we needed already. Very friendly and hospitable. See you again!

Myself and my son had a wonderful stay at Barbara home over Greek Easter, perfect place for us to spend time with family and friends, easy walking distance to the main town, and kaiki beach, would highly recommended this place for anyone who wishes to stay in Spétses, will definitely come back in the future, truly a great place to stay, many thanks Barbara for sharing your home.

Markellos's place was better than the photos. It was easily the best of the 3 places our family rented. The big balcony gives sun all day, also shade there (big awnings) Eat & relax outside. Nice breeze. Good view of the sea & it feels very private. The flat was much larger than the others we had. Good washing machine and full sized kitchen. We loved the authentic ambience of the place. The bathroom is not 5-star hotel quality but no matter as the shower is great! The other great thing about this place is the location. The smarter more up-market apartments are on the other side of the port and have a much longer walk into town. Here it's just 5-7 minutes walk from the best town beach and supermarket and bakery. But here's the thing: we hired electric bikes (Maria in the centre of town is the best place) and went all around the island and I can tell you there is no better beach than that 900 metres away. Often very empty and hidden gem. Thanks Markellos. Your place made our holiday. 8)

Wonderful place, beautiful view and very nice studio. Its location is perfect and the hosts were really friendly and helpful. Will come back! I recommend it

Une expérience de rêve au calme dans une charmante maison ou tout est accessible à pied très rapidement. Une escapade reposante et idéal en famille avec un enfant de 3 ans. De plus à 20 mètres de la maison à pied se trouve le meilleur restaurant de l’ile ESMERO, qui propose des plats traditionnels fait maison dans une ambiance chaleureuse, avec possibilité de prendre à emporter pour se faciliter la vie le soir sur la belle terrasse de la maison. Une chose est certaine nous reviendrons. Merci pour tout.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nondas was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!
