Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Spetses

Didima is a beautiful little village in a perfect location! The house is perfectly situated in the town so that everything is walkable. There is so much to do! Many taverns and bars, a beautiful beach 5 mins away, cool caves to explore! Highly recommend. The house itself was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions, and the check in was flexible to suit us. The house is nice and cold - perfect for keeping cool in summer I'd imagine! It's simple and cosy, just like the pictures. The locals are super friendly and welcoming too, we felt right at home! We chose Didima on a whim, but it turned out to be one of the best places we visited in Greece!

Villa Anel was a wonderful home in Spetses. Fantastic location and close to the port. It was very easy to walk into town daily. The hosts were very responsive and helped with luggage transfers to the port. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Anel while in Spetses!

The photos of villa Kallia do not do it justice, it is even more beautiful than it looks. There is a choice of delightful balconies.The house was very comfortable and well equipped , and although in a quiet area, it was a very short walk to the beautiful old port where there is a large range of lovely seaside restaurants. Follow the coast road and you arrive in the main town on foot in around 20 minutes. Nikos was very helpful and always available when we had a question. There are mirrors in all the bedrooms inside the wardrobe doors. We gad a lovely stay

The property in the town of Ermioni which is a very good town to get from it to beautiful beaches in the area The listing owner gave very useful tips for exploring the area and experiences in the area The space is reserved with a new and very good shower for families allows for great privacy

We had a great stay — the terrace and yard in particular are both lovely. The space was very clean, ACs worked well, and self check in was easy. Anna was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, helping us organize taxis and with general questions about the house.

We loved this truly stunning air bnb- it had everything you could want for a perfect holiday- luxury, comfort, cleanliness, wonderful hospitality and all in the most peaceful and beautiful setting. There are so many great places to explore in the region, and coming back to the pool and beautiful house at the end of the day was fantastic. The host was incredibly helpful, even arranging a private chef at our request who cooked us one of the best meals. He provided a lot of helpful information to be able to explore the islands and surrounding area. We loved our stay at Euphonia residence and hope to visit again one day!

The house is everything you could ask for. Nice pool, nice people, extremely cool out-kitchen and cozy vibes. The host was very sweet. Will definately return!

Anna's apartment is very nice, spacious and well equipped and the view from the living room is stunning. We were hosted very well by her mother who gave us good recommendations and indicated the nearby beaches. Ermioni is a nice little town, not too populated, where we found everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location for visiting the Peloponnese is ideal. What a wonderful stay. I booked this house for my parents anniversary and they loved every moment. Tina the host was great. She went above and beyond to accommodate my parents. She even brought them a bottle of Rose wine for my parents to celebrate their anniversary. She would check with them on daily basis. The house was beautiful, clean and very convenient to everything. many thanks to cpt. giorgos who was so helpful, even a guided tour of the area and always entertaining the kids. the apartment is a superb location, overlooking the tranquil bay, and a 5 minute walk to all the cafes and restaurants. parking was easy, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Markellos's place was better than the photos. It was easily the best of the 3 places our family rented. The big balcony gives sun all day, also shade there (big awnings) Eat & relax outside. Nice breeze. Good view of the sea & it feels very private. The flat was much larger than the others we had. Good washing machine and full sized kitchen. We loved the authentic ambience of the place. The bathroom is not 5-star hotel quality but no matter as the shower is great! The other great thing about this place is the location. The smarter more up-market apartments are on the other side of the port and have a much longer walk into town. Here it's just 5-7 minutes walk from the best town beach and supermarket and bakery. But here's the thing: we hired electric bikes (Maria in the centre of town is the best place) and went all around the island and I can tell you there is no better beach than that 900 metres away. Often very empty and hidden gem. Thanks Markellos. Your place made our holiday. 8)

Stayed at this beautiful apartment in the summer of '24, and I can confidently say it’s the best accommodation I've ever experienced in Greece. We've been vacationing in Greece for many years, but this place truly stands out. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this apartment wasn’t designed to be a rental. It’s a private family summer house nestled in a district filled with luxury villas and high-end real estate—so you can imagine the level of quality and exclusivity. Built in the 90s with top-notch materials, the apartment exudes a sense of understated luxury. Everything is exactly as described. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and fully equipped, perfect for any culinary endeavor. But the true gem of this place is the massive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. There’s nothing quite like enjoying the gentle breeze from the sea as you take in the stunning scenery. So, don't hesitate, book the moment you get the opportunity.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Konstantina’s place and had a wonderful time! The apartment is comfortable, clean, well equipped and from the balcony there’s a beautiful view over the area and Spetses! Porto Heli and Kosta are close and easy to reach by car as well as the various beaches in the proximity. The host is very friendly and responsive! A great place!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Spetses! The location is fantastic- just a short distance from the beach and the lovely town center, making easy to explore everything Spetses has to offer. Stefanos was incredible welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Spetses - we would definitely be back!!!

This was just what we were looking for, and hoped for. A beautiful peaceful holiday for a couple. If we needed anything the hosts were quick to respond, but the suite had everything we needed already. Very friendly and hospitable. See you again!

What a beautiful villa with breathtaking views! Our party of 11 had plenty of space. Theophilus gave great recommendations for activities & restaurants that appealed to our family of ages from 18 months to 79 years. He was very friendly & responsive. We’d love to return!

We loved our stay at Melivea resort. The flats are spacious and beautiful, and very well stocked. We were travelling with a baby and found the accommodation was extremely child friendly, only 10 or so steps from sea to door. Niovi and her team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back to Spetses and returning to Melivea resort!
