We stayed at Monica's for one night, four friends on bikes. Monica waited for us at an agreed time, she recommended a great restaurant for dinner (in front, delicious). He made us toast, jams and tea/coffee even if not planned. Not very noisy area. Clean apartment with meticulousness. We were able to keep the bikes in the inner courtyard. Excellent value for money! I highly recommend it. Well done Monica!

We loved the stay! Close to the center and a very good restaurant. The host was very friendly and responsive. The space was clean and there were many options for breakfast: coffee, tea, biscuits, cakes… If I go back to Pergine, I'll choose this studio again!
