Cabin feeling (dry toilet, no running water, camping battery), deceleration and aesthetics. We combine the reduced life in nature in a self-built, simple hut in a unique location on the edge of the forest with modern design. We are not a professional hotel business. Insects are to be expected! Attention: be sure to follow the instructions for the equipment!

The attic apartment has 2 rooms and a bathroom. Passage through corridor on 2nd floor. For furnishings, see photos. The washing machine in the bathroom on the 2nd floor can also be used. My house is located on the edge of a village overlooking the beautiful, very close nature. Oberbibrach is 25 km south of Bayreuth (Richard Wagner Festival, university, beer city, a lot of culture, Lohengrin spa), 80 km east of Nuremberg, 30 km west of the Fichtel Mountains, 50 km west of the Czech border.

The in-law includes a parking space, which is located directly in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - open living room with dining area, flat screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed - Daylight bathroom with bath and shower, - own terrace with sun awning and terrace furniture. Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. We offer a retreat surrounded by nature. Located right next to a large farm run by our family. Our newly built, modernly furnished apartment offers peace, distant views, and pure nature. All you can see are meadows, forests, fields, and the cowshed. Ideal for friends, couples, or families. Franconian Switzerland and the Fichtel Mountains are not far away, as are cozy breweries, restaurants, and many other activities.
