The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The accommodation is on Appenzellerstrasse, from Gais to Appenzell. The house is bright, offers plenty of space for 3-4 people on the ground floor and 1st floor. It is a patrician house, blankets are higher (2.20 m) than type. Appenzellerhäuser. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby cots available. Dogs are welcome. Please register. The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.
