I loved this AirBnB stay. The home is modern, airy, quiet and comfortable. Starbucks and Fresh Market proximity made it a gem of a find! Everything was exactly where you would expect it to be. The house is stocked with items you need to get the “at home” feeling the second you walk in the door. I will look for this home and book it every time we are in town. Jessica is the absolute kindest and attentive host.

Aj & Vic were great hosts. The space along with the convenient amenities were definitely well thought out. If you’re looking for a reliable place to accommodate multiple guests & outdoor options for fun & chill, then this home is worth a visit.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Dimitri’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel completely at home. The space was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the little touches (like fresh towels, coffee/tea, and local tips) really made a difference. Communication with Dimitri was top-notch — responsive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made check-in/check-out a breeze. The location was ideal, whether you're looking to explore the area or just relax in a quiet, charming setting. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely book again next time I’m in town. Highly, highly recommend — 10/10!!!!

Sheila's place was perfect. I was surprised at all the added supplies...lots of snacks...coffee...tea..etc. Very clean. Beds slept great! Dunkin Donut gift card was another added bonus. We've stayed in AirBnB homes for years in many countries and locations. Lumila's home is our favorite of them all! The location is very quiet, making the back deck a wonderful hangout location. The furnishings were perfect for our big group. The beds were all very comfortable. Having access to the garage saved us several times from getting rained on. The kitchen, with it's well-stocked utensils, cookware, and coffee k-cups, was perfect for our big family to prepare meals. When the entire neighborhood lost cable internet one evening, Ludmila was very communicative! We had an amazing stay and didn't want to leave!!

Very homey, well stocked, roomy, in-law apartment in a quiet, country setting. Garage parking with direct handicap ramp entrance from inside of garage to the apartment.

Todd has always been very quick to respond, very complete in the answers. House is quiet, easy to access- country feel yet close to town. There are two big grocery stores within 5 minutes as well as a number of great restaurants. The house has always been super clean including bedding, kitchen,bath etc. I have stayed here now 2 times and am trying to make it the "go-to" when I am in the area. The home is clearly of some age by design but very modern, well kept, and up to date. This is clearly a well maintained property. I come to town and have generally 4-5 days intense meetings and the quiet of the home, the privacy, and the comfort make it a place I seek on all return trips. It is well suited for an individual and a couple perhaps. The one bedroom design is perfect for me- I don't feel like I am forced to rent "extra" space just to not be in a hotel. This home fits.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home, beautiful, located in a very nice neighborhood, plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Will recommend to anyone wanting to book.

Lovely place within walking distance of downtown. Nice and clean overall. While close to the road, noise machine provided was helpful and didn’t hear anything. Quick responses as well which was very helpful!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

I was there the second time and if i have to go back to Spartanburg again i hope i can get the Apartment again

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. Jennifer is a bright and energetic human with so much soul. She was so patient with some extra accommodations I needed and proactive in helping me problem solve. The place was clean and quiet, an excellent place to rejuvenate and rest. I would 10/10 recommend this place and will stay again in the future!

We had the pleasure of staying at Melodie’s apartment while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls loved having their own bunk beds and the King Bed was very comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. Melodie was so gracious and very responsive. I only wish we had more time to spend at the place enjoying how beautiful and peaceful it all is. This couldn’t be located in a better area. Loved waking up to seeing the mountains and rolling hills. What a wonderful trip and we’ll be back!

Had an amazing stay. Estee is very friendly and super responsive. Both are very respectful and want to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Estee gave me fresh eggs to make breakfast with. I highly recommend staying here.

Paige & Rachel were AMAZING! Even though our last couple days we got hit with Hurricane Helene & had no power, they went out of their way to help & I am so grateful!

Property is very comfortable and clean. Very homey and well stocked. We loved how walkable restaurants and attractions were and proximity to parking Check in was a breeze with clear and crisp directions. Check out directions equally clear. Inside of property very quiet. There was some traffic noise Saturday night but nothing unmanageable. Cindy very proactive in communication and readily available. Wonderful location highly recommended

This was just what my college bestie and I were hoping for. A place that we could walk to any and everything we wanted to do for our first girls trip in a number of years. We went to a Greenville Drive baseball game (only stayed for 4 innings) and were amazed at how nice the ballpark and activities around it were. We walked to and ate (way too much) at as many of the great restaurants in the area as we could in three days. The condo itself was exactly as described. The beds were really comfortable. The bath and bed linens were all in great shape and didn’t feel like they had been used for years and years. We really enjoyed our time there and I would want to stay in John’s place if I go to Greenville again.

I'll definitely return to The Beehive, the location is amazing! It was within walking distance to parking, The Peace Center, restaurants of all types, shopping and even Falls Park!

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s condo! It’s walking distance to Main Street, with amazing restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip to Greenville, and staying at Renee’s was the perfect location. Once parked we never got back in our car for 3 days. Not only is the home beautiful and in a prime location, Renee was an excellent communicator making us feel right at home.

Dustin’s place was awesome! Easy to walk everywhere in the downtown area- restaurants, trails, and not too far from the minor league baseball stadium Fluor Field. Super clean place, feels right at home.
