cool apartment in a cool house with great neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, one bedroom and a dressing room in which there is a sofa to fold out... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is 20 minutes by subway.. and the refrigerator is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. Ein absperrbares Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, ein kleines Aufenthaltszimmer, das auch eine Schlafmöglichkeit hat. Dusche und WC getrennt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Kaffee und Tee, sowie Toast und Marmelade für ein kleines Frühstück sind vorhanden.

Our Fritzla - the former forge of Friedrich Guthmann, was built in 1870 and renovated in 2021 with a lot of love. On the edge of the Danube Ries, in the heart of the Hahnenkamm, is our farmhouse, which accommodates a total of eleven rooms for up to 30 guests.
