Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Southside, Jacksonville

10/10 stay all around. This is a new listing and everything about it was simply perfect ! Very accommodating for a small family. Very clean and centralized location.

Mary and Cody are by far the nicest hosts we’ve ever had and we will absolutely use there location for any and all stays in Jacksonville!

We’ve stayed here multiple times, always enjoyed it! Family loves the house and proximity to the beach and shopping/restaurants, etc.

They have literally thought of EVERYTHING!! Plug covers, child locks you can use if you choose, plenty of linens, pillows and towels. They have a first aid kit, foil, Saran wrap, plastic gloves, all the items you need for condiments, there was some ice in the fridge, tooth brushes, the cutest little toothpaste samples you could imagine, shampoo, conditioner and even games for adults and children alike. There was a desk upstairs which was perfect for me because I work remotely. Pool pass was by the door with a pool bag and pool towels all ready available for us! The only suggestion I have is a curved shower curtain because the plastic liner did stick to us while showering and a shower head that has a removable handle to make it easier to bathe our kiddos. Thats just me being picky though because this place was AMAZING! Will absolutely book again! Matt was great and answered all of my questions!

Loved our stay here! The apartment had everything we needed - clean, cozy, and in a great and quiet location. The host was very responsive and easy to reach, which made things nice and simple for us. All around a great experience - we’d happily book again on a future trip.

This home was beautiful, and the pictures that were provided matched the description given for this house. I was supposed to receive a code the morning of check-in, but I had to ask for it about 2 hours before check in. I was a little anxious about that, but other than that and having to reach out for instructions on how to get in, the code, and just the check in list itself, the experience was great! It was super clean, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for :) We would recommend this beautiful and clean home! We also loved that they had a highchair that we were able to use!

Place was fabulous! I was raised in Jax and came back for nephews graduation and needed a place to stay. Would stay here again in a minute. Close to beach close to town. Felt safe since I was by myself. Would highly recommend 🩵

Tyler is an exceptional host, incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. He made the experience flawless from beginning to end. This is the perfect place to stay, specially if you if you are in town for work and need a place to rest peacefully at night. Very clean, comfortable bed and the essentials for a wonderful stay. Avondale/Murray Hill is a great area, where you can take nice walk and there lots of restaurants nearby. Looking forward to another good stay!

The place was exactly as the pictures. Bed was nice and comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. The home was furnished beautifully. We would book again.

Prime Location. I had a lovely stay , with a stunning view. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, completely faceless. Decorated to a T! I would book again.

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

It was the perfect place for our trip to Jacksonville. The location was really convenient as everything was pretty much a short drive away and the host gave us great recommendations for the area. I would absolutely stay here again as it was a high quality stay for a price that’s hard to get anywhere else.

We loved our stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and had a great vibe. My teens especially enjoyed the pool and playing cornhole every night, which became a fun part of our routine. The location was super convenient with easy access to the main highways. We were only 7 minutes from our baseball tournament and about 15 minutes from the beach, which made everything really easy. If we’re ever in the area again, we would 100% stay here again! Jessica and Jordan were amazing hosts—clear instructions, quick responses, and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip so smooth and enjoyable!

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
