Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Local convenient store and country pub (The Poundffald Inn) within 5 minutes walk. A 17 minute drive to Mumbles and Swansea Bay with boutique shopping, pier and castle.

It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cabin is nestled among the trees in a quiet location along a single track lane. It has been lovingly designed as a unique space to unwind and enjoy the local area. Every detail and design feature has been thought through – Anglepoise lamps, Toast wool cushions, Ercol table and chairs, Welsh slate floor to name but a few.

It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside.
