Rose’s place was perfect for our family!! Our kids LOVED the pool!! Even when it was raining they would swim. It was very private and felt right at home! Very easy and quick drive to the different beaches. Near an Amish community with local ice cream shop and cafe. Had a lot of stuff to use in the kitchen and bathrooms which helped when we would stay in and cook. Also had beach stuff so we didn’t need to buy anything which helped so much!! Will definitely book again when we come back. So glad we found this house!

Fantastic Airbnb! Seaglass Management and Joy are great to work with. Very responsive! Great location, very safe, amazing pool and jacuzzi, close to downtown, restaurants and the Legacy bike trail. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Carolyn is a great host, always responding in a timely manner and making our stay in the house very enjoyable. We were very pleased with how clean and well prepared the house was . We enjoyed every day of our stay. There was enough space for the five of us, and we have everything we needed - from beach towels to cooking utensils. The pool was clean and the Neighbourhood was very quiet and safe . It was also very convenient for driving to Siesta Key Beach and the airport. We definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and would gladly stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. Seaglass Management was always responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and the backyard was large and well maintained. The only downside was the bathroom situation. There is no master bathroom and one of the bathrooms for the house is really a 3/4 bath. For 8 adults and a baby the bathroom situation was a little difficult, but we made it work.

The house was really great as were the hostesses. There were a few things like the air having to be set to 73 and no lower that seemed a bit odd for a summer day in Florida, but there were a ton of ceiling fans that helped keep things cool. The back yard and pool were a perfect little escape and it was a quick uber ride to some nice restaurants. If you want to be walking distance to the beach/water this may not be what you are looking for but Siesta Key is still less than a 20 minute car ride. Overall I would definitely stay with this group again. Instructions were clear and responsiveness/attentiveness was on point!

This place is perfect. Everything you want in an air bnb and it’s exactly like it looks. My family and I were beyond happy with it. The pool is gorgeous. The location is amazing it’s legit 8 to 10 minutes away from pretty much anything you need or want to do. The house is quiet and the beds are super comfy. I would rent this place every year for a trip. Also the host is awesome! They were there for anything we needed or had questions about and are super nice and friendly people. Thanks again for everything!

This place was absolutely perfect for our vacation in Sarasota. The host Landon, had been extremely responsive and the amenities they provided were top notch (from the pool to the mini golf, the beach gear, the coffee machine and all). Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a family getaway to Sarasota.

Erinn was an amazing host - she would respond immediately to any text and was always friendly and helpful. The house is as good as it looks if not better! My husband complains about every airbnb I book but he even he had to admit this one was top notch.

This place is exactly as pictured. We loved our stay. Very safe and peaceful neighborhood. The pool was perfect and we loved having chairs, umbrellas and towels available to take with us to the beach. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for all our cooking needs. The bathrooms are equipped with long countertops to accommodate all your toiletries , and plenty of hooks for hanging wet towels…those added touches are such a huge plus:).

We booked the Pineapple house the very same day we moved in after a bad experience with our first booking at a different place; reached out to Stan who answered in a mater of minutes letting us move in that same morning making sure we had clear instructions to move in. Upon arrival, we couldn't have been happier and more impressed. Location was wonderful to what the purpose of our trip was, very nice and quiet cul-de-sac, house was very spacious, homey, beautifully decorated and very clean! Stan checked in to make sure we were OK during our stay and we didn't need anything. Thank you Stan for being a great host and we will surely book again on our next trip to Sarasota!

Stayed at Adams place for like 8 days or so. Everything was great and we absolutely loved the property. The pool and back patio was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

Our family's stay was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. The pool was a huge hit, and the house layout, with two living areas and perfectly sized bedrooms, offered ample space. The location was awesome for exploring, and the owners' excellent communication made everything smooth. Highly recommend!

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. This house was everything and more it was very clean and had everything my family and I needed; 3 bedrooms, tv in every room even a tv outside on the patio, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, the master bedroom was everything... When I return to Florida this will be my place to stay. Thanks Rachel for everything and for always responding to my messages in a timely manner.

I am a big one for reviews before booking. This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was in a great location and such a cute place. The pool was heated which made it great for day and night swims. Everything was so comfortable feeling like you were at home. They have everything you need for your stay in Sarasota. If you’re looking into staying I highly recommend this place you won’t regret it!

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!

Great place. Everything was as described and house had everything we needed. The decor was amazing! The screened in patio was my favorite place to be. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to be back next year!
