Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Southgate

Lisa' house is amazing, you feel like is you are in your own house. The house has a beautiful decoration, very clean and neat. The space is private and big. Her yard is really nice to spend time with the family doing barbecue, talking and resting. My kids and grandma spend really good time on the play room, playing in the ping pong table and other table games. The house location is perfect, very close of everything. Lisa's guest book is super, it was our guide to visit nice places and eat really good food. She is an amazing host, always helpful and response very quick. I highly recommend it.

We loved this house! Clean, bright, and in a good location. Pool and backyard are great to hang out in, which we did all week. Quick walk to Arlington park, which has a trail, pool, basketball and tennis courts. 15-20mins to the beach and 5mins to a lot of great places to eat. We’re already looking to book again.

We couldn't have felt more at home here. Landon was very quick to respond, accommodating, very helpful with local recommendations and he was extremely nice and respectful. The house was clean and organized, spacious, it's in a very nice and quiet community but also within 5-10 minutes of so many things to do and places to eat. We highly recommend his place for a relaxing get away. If we ever go back to Sarasota, we will definitely be contacting Landon!

We had a lovely stay at the Blessing House! It was plenty spacious for three adults and three kids, and had pretty much every amenity we could want. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and spices etc. which made simple cooking very easy. The house is an easy drive to Siesta Key beaches south or St. Armand's Circle/Longboat to the north, so that made it a good home base for exploring the area. Caitlyn was extremely communicative and was able to give us a little extra time upon check-out, too, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend this place to others!

We had a wonderful time here ! The attention to detail was so much appreciated ! Gigi had homemade chocolate chip cookies for us upon arrival and brand new dog toys for our fur babies. There were also mints on the bed pillows in both guest rooms. She provided dog bowls and an adorable sign welcoming us to the home. The house was spotless and super cozy. Our dogs loves the fenced in yard. Highly recommend ! Gigi was a phenomenal host and we’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and not had warm and welcoming touches like she had. We definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and how close it was to Siesta Key—only about 15 minutes, which was perfect since our friends were staying there. The location was great, and the amenities made it feel like home. Stephanie was such a friendly and helpful host. We'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for the national rowing competition for one week. The place is lovely - very clean, the complex is nice & the pool is great. It was a perfect location for us - halfway between the race course where we needed to be every day and close to downtown. The beach wasn’t far either and I liked the location and the complex very much. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The owner is responsive and detail oriented with how to check in, get into the unit, etc. I would stay here again.

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

Jojo's place was top notch! The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The whole apartment was very clean. Wonderful shower. A close walk to Publix just down the street. My granddaughter enjoyed the basketball area. The whole place is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Jojo is very responsive. Highly recommend! Plan on returning as I travel to Sarasota often to visit family.

Monia’s place is very clean, cozy and a perfect place to stay if you like privacy and quiet. She was a very nice host and very responsive and kind. Would love to stay here again!
