Tipi holiday rentals in Southern United States

Fantastic, huge property with lots to do. Only saw 2 small bugs the entire time in my teepee. The bed was one of the comfiest of my life. The hosts were around and available. One small thing is I wish the restrooms were lit up a little better so that when arriving late at night I could’ve located them. I was worried about trying doors that might be someone’s cabin. In the morning I showered in an open-air shower under the mountains (they also have indoor showers) and enjoyed the hot tubs too. They’ve thought of everything guests might want and have tons of comfy seating & hammocks all around the property. I also appreciated the very detailed map sent with campsite instructions.

Wildly exceeded my expectations! Jinny was a dream to work with and took complete control of setting up our Teepee in a spot that she was unfamiliar with. Our beds were super comfy and clean and can’t wait to have another Teepee-night-out again!!!

It’s always great visiting Music Springs. I’m a regular for 7 years now. Escape the city life and enjoy nature here.

If you want somewhere off the beaten path just to get away and back to the simple things in life, this place is a must. I had an amazing 3 day stay here and I can’t say enough about my experience. Kennedy and Christine are so genuine and kind, they’ve created a space that is truly just good vibes all the way around. Will definitely be back.

This is my FAVORITE place I have stayed. It is glamping at its best. It was clean, the property was beautiful, and my son loved the animals. This was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at an AirBnB. I would like to go up to Taos once a year to experience this stay again.

I spent a weekend with my dog, relaxing, cooking on the grill, and hiking local Carson National Forest trails. The owners, Debbie and Giil are my kind of people. Gil was there to greet me and show me how things worked and when I messaged them needing more firewood and coffee, Debbie was right there with it. They are nearby in their farm home but totally respectful of your privacy. They own the only restaurant in town and invited me to go hear live music on Saturday night. I'm glad I went for the food and the local talent. If you want a getaway in the lush green Tusas Valley with horses running g through the grass on the other side of the river, cows lowing, roosters crowing, lawns of Canadian geese and coyotes calling, stay in this beautiful valley with these welcoming people. For me, it was perfect. Will. be returning.

Would highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the city. Many options to choose from depending on what type of stay you are looking for

Very cozy place, that the gas grill makes it super comfortable to cook or do whatever you want, we felt very comfortable throughout the stay

We had a great time in the tipis! The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hosts left some snacks, water, and a bottle of wine for us which was very sweet. My only complaint would be that the room looks bigger than in the pictures, but that’s not a problem if you’re on the shorter side. I highly recommend this stay and we are absolutely going to return to check out the other rooms on the property. Thanks y’all! :-)

Great weekend getaway with my wife. Exactly what we needed for a remote getaway. Place was stocked with all the essentials needed and the shared space was a great place to hangout meet new people and star gaze. We are planning on booking again and will recommend to friends. Thank you

We had a great time for mother's day weekend. We fished a ton played board games and cooked around the fire pit. The hosts were so nice brought us wood. It was very peaceful and private. Very clean bathroom. The only con was teepee is right by the main road so if you are a light sleeper like me you nay be up all night because the sound of traffic. We hiked and explored and would definitely recommend.

The tipi was a unique experience! It is nestled in the forest providing a peaceful & cozy retreat. It has all the essentials and we loved the outdoor bathroom/shower! Nearby Cloudcroft has some nice places for food, drink, shops. Wanetta provided clear check in instructions and was responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We Absolutely had the best time! Staying in a Tipi was such a fun unique experience and I highly recommend it. My teenagers were unsure at the beginning but they enjoyed it as much as we did. The interior was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay in it all day, there was plenty of heat although we never needed it as well as space, we were 4 adults staying there. The firepit was nice but we never got a chance to use it, the goats that came to visit daily were so cute. The bath barn was totally functional and I never had to wait for a shower! I am glad I read a previous review and got a golf cart as I think the walk back and forth to my car might have been a bit much but otherwise everything was perfect! I really hope that Smokey Hollow Outdoor Resort has much success as it is a great experience for all ages, close to everything and we really enjoyed the local recommendations as well. Our hosts were super friendly and the communication was on point! Thank you so much for a great weekend outing!

This place is absolutely such a beautiful and unique stay! Looks just as pictured. The bed is one of the comfiest I’ve stayed in. Patricia was extremely responsive and great to communicate with. It was an easy 25 minute drive into Shreveport. Stay here!!

Such a unique little spot! Off the beaten path, but still just 10 minutes to town. Don was so helpful and welcoming! Took us a lot longer to get there than expected due to some snow, and Don even plowed a path to our parking spot. It was cold, but we stayed warm with the multiple sleeping bags Don had.

Come support them!!! They host healing retreats for Veterans and First Responders!!! Being a Veteran myself I great respect their mission!!! Beautiful views, excellent hospitality and all the fresh air you can handle Lol!!! Come check it out!!! We stayed in a Tipi and loved it!! The bed is heated!!

Kevin, Anne and Jack were really friendly host. The teepee was beautiful. The view was gorgeous. It was a really nice experience! Will do it again when we are in the area again! 😀

Cute place. Walking distance to NCOA. Very clean and the host was very accommodating and responsive.
