Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Bright contemporary top floor apartment on Sandbanks across the road overlooking Poole harbour.. Beautiful sunsets to watch on fine evenings.. Great place for water sports enthusiasts with hiring facilities right opposite and the Watersports Academy a few doors along.. 7 mile stretch of sandy beaches towards Bournemouth are a short 2 minute stroll away by Jazz cafe . Bus stops for Swanage/ Poole/Bournemouth.. One Car parking space to the rear of the block is available with apartment..
