We loved the location and the view from the deck is really very special. We so enjoyed our early morning walks along the beach. The bach has everything you need for a short stay, the bed & sofas are comfortable and the mini kitchen is well equiped for its size and there is an excellent BBQ. You can walk to Four Square for basics and/or a couple of cafes for coffee or lunch. We were appreciative of the milk, coffee, tea and biscuits.

A great stay at Blairs place, perfect location within a short stroll to the Main Street of Greytown. Even though the pool house itself is on the same premises and in quite close proximity to his home it felt private and was no issue with coming and going throughout our stay. The pool looked stunning although we didn't get time to swim in it, the pool house itself was big and spacious, and was warm and cozy with the heat pump and had everything my friend and I needed for our girls weekend away.

A beautiful place to stay with a fantastic host! Thank you Sharon for being so welcoming and helping heat up the pizza's for us in your oven.

Repeat visit as usual lovely space...loved all the changes since out last stay especially the couch...had a lovely relaxed stay!!

Perfect peaceful get-away spot for a 3 night stay. Quiet and private, we felt very relaxed and at home here - even the fire was made up for us ready to just light when we arrived. Pauline and Mike are thoughtful hosts with small details in every room that made it feel extra special. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend - we would love to come back and stay next time we're over the hill!

A lovely place to stay for our Mum/daughter as shopping trip. House was great, super comfy bed/strong hot shower and warm with the heatpump. Street was a little dark but well lit to the Castle. Will definitely stay again

We stayed at Pip and Pete’s for a kids free birthday getaway for my husband’s birthday. They had thought of every detail for a comfortable stay, were friendly and responsive and also gave us ample privacy. Would highly recommend!

We stayed a week in Martins cottage and it was fantastic. It was in the location we needed to be and very private and comfortable space. Close to motorways and a supermarket just down the road. The cottage was very comfortable and easy to heat, bonus having a full kitchen so we could cook and keep things in the fridge. Great having a pantry with the things we forgot. A very private setting and very quiet neighbourhood. We were so busy we didn’t get much time to just “ hang out “ or to have pats with Jasmine the cat. Martin was always responsive and helpful with messaging also.

Well appointed tiny home away from home. Excellent cupboards and storage - we could keep the floor space clear for the toddler to enjoy the huge mirror (Apologies for all the little hand prints) Responsive host, even fixed a toy.

Had a very enjoyable stay here for a month, Prue and Kevin made us feel at home and were very accommodating, friendly and responsive as hosts. The unit is in a very quiet location but close to parks, public transport and shops. I would definitely recommend it as a great choice for anyone wanting to stay in Silverstream!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed is lovely and comfortable. The view is simply spectacular and the setting is peaceful, quiet and private.

We had an incredible, comfortable stay and Brigitte is brilliant host! The location is perfect. Just a short walk to town, through orchards filled with birds and past beautiful 19th century classic New Zealand architecture. The accommodation itself is perfect. It's a separate unit, complete with guest bedroom, office, kitchen, with a lovely bathroom and laundry. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms are really clean and everything feels crisp, new, and well cared for. Brigitte is a super sweet host. She messaged us prior to arrival to ask if we had dietary restrictions, and left us with a beautiful selection of breakfast items from biscuits, to fresh kiwis and strawberries, to yoghurt and granola, to a bottle of wine and local chocolates. Plus, she had a thoughtful personalized message board greeting us by name upon arrival. She checked up on us a few times to see if we needed anything and gave great recommendations. We loved our stay here in Greytown, and you will too!

On our way from the south to the north of Nee Zealand we stopped at Christine‘s and Baz‘ beautiful AirBnB. We arrived around an hour before sunset and still had a chance to explore the huge garden and surrounding countryside. The place itself was very beautifully maintained, the decor was very pretty and tasteful, and there was a lot of attention to detail! When we arrived we found fresh roses from the garden, selfmade jams and fresh cookies along with coffee and milk, which was super nice. If we weren’t on a tight schedule, we would have loved to stay longer! Recommend 10/10

The place as well as the hosts are absolute gems! Michael and his partner are great and caring, and it was a privilege to meet them and share in their corner of paradise. They are readily available and nearby, yet you feel completely secluded within the beautiful forest. I think this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in: the unit is newly built, the appliances are top notch, the place is generously equipped with high quality products, cooking essentials & more, and the open space design with large windows allows you to enjoy an extraordinary view of the natural surroundings - both under the sunlight and moonlight. We were traveling with our baby and we had plenty of room for all the essentials needed for sleeping, eating and playing. Even if it is a bit of a drive to Wellington, it was beyond worth it. For hikers, there is so much to do with this home as your base camp. We even extended our stay to make the most of the trails and enjoy the home a little longer. Loved everything!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed staying with Natalie. I also can’t express how amazingly kind and wonderful Natalie and her family are. We moved to NZ with just our clothes and dogs to start a new life and Natalie was so, so kind, helpful and accommodating. She makes you feel like family and is so responsive and helpful. The house is fantastic, warm and dry (and we came mid winter). The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the water gets so lovely and hot! The place has a fantastic heat pump which keeps the house nice and warm, as does the cosy fireplace and the extra radiator plus blankets Natalie provides. If we ever needed anything, Natalie was always able to help. This place has absolutely fantastic hosts (with such friendly, adorable dogs!!!) and is in an incredible location. I wish I could give Natalie a higher rating than 5/5!!!!!!
