I am very thankful to RJ and Kalpana. In fact more kalpana. She is an amazing host. I didn’t want to leave the house. The roads are steep so be careful while booking this place. If you don’t know how to drive in hills don’t book this place. If you do, it’s haven.

We went with three friends, along with our families and kids. This homestay offers a spacious living area that includes a dining area, a playing area, and a sitting area, along with a table tennis table. Swaroop has kept many games for us to play, which our kids enjoyed immensely. Homemade meals are available, and they are very delicious. The best thing about this homestay is that Swaroop is extremely helpful; whatever we asked—be it food or local recommendations—he arranged it for us. It has been the best experience ever; I definitely recommend it.

What's special about this place? EVERYTHING!! 1. Hospitality: to be honest ...it didn't feel like we were away from home for even once. The owners are very warm hearted, loving and take care of everything without even leaving anything to complain about. They even invited us in for traditional drink - Tongba (I am sorry, if i have murdered the spelling). It was really inspiring to see how they have preserved their traditional values like this. 2. Location: This place little bit off the main road which leads to the most amazing feature of this place - serenity. You will listen to the rooster at 4 in the morning, the moment sun rises , birds starts chirping. The impeccable view of sunrays falling on the kanchenjunga peak is beyond explanation. And the lush green surroundings with Rhododendrons all over the place will make you fall in love with this place. 3. Food: They cook the food with lot of love and nutrients. Although, sikkim is an organic state but their food quality will make you lick your fingers everytime you take a bite. Cleanliness: Sparkling clean!! That's all I want to say. I just want to give one example about how they took care of every teenie tiny thing when we were there: "They put one pair of scissors for cutting the coffee sachets in the room. " I have never seen such gesture anywhere. I just loved this place .

One of the best stays of AirBnB. Beautiful location, peaceful, well decorated house with an awesome Kitchen. I would surely love to stay here again for a longer period.

this was my first trip at Darjeeling with family and I am glad that I found this place...!! Felt like home... The best part of the apartment was the kitchen...as all the kitchenware were available...!! Supriya Di..is a great host! very kind..generous..helped in suggesting places to visit and arranging cabs.....!! I recommend this place for young couples with baby under 2 years...!!

I extend my gratitude to host Naina for providing such convenient and affordable accommodations. My sister and her family enjoyed a wonderful vacation there, and were particularly pleased with the accommodations, especially as it was their first Airbnb experience. Had a wonderful stay at Kajal's place.Extremely beautiful views. I stayed with my wife ,2 kids and my brother. Couldn't ask for anything better. Place is exactly as shown in pictures. Raj was very responsive and helped us with local taxi and home cooked food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at this homestay in Gangtok was truly amazing. Mr Kunzang and his family were incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of the family. Mr Kunzang's expertise in planning itineraries was invaluable. He helped me decide on the perfect route for exploring Gangtok, Ravangla, Namchi, Pelling, and Darjeeling. His recommendations were spot on, and he even arranged for convenient conveyance throughout my trip. The homestay itself was cozy and comfortable. Mr Kunzang's family was always eager to share their knowledge of the region's culture, history, and hidden gems. Thanks to Mr. Kunzang and his family, my trip was stress-free and unforgettable.

I would like to thank Sanjay, Amrita and Mona Aunty for their warm hospitality which made us feel like we are at our home. The property is well maintained and very clean with all the necessary items. The balcony is also very nicely decorated with plants which gives a very pleasant feeling. I would recommend anyone who wants to spend some time in Gangtok at affordable price. A nice little stay at darjeeling away from Hustle and bustle of the main town where it was congested. Aswath helped to make us confortable from day 1 and he even helped book a taxi for our sightseeing. He suggested places to see and was very responsive for all my questions. On day 1, he even got my zomato delivery since it took me time to reach the place. When I need to take a printout , he took me to another homestay that had a printer. The place is quite far from town and we have to walk to mall road using the bylanes to reach the top, which takes around 20 mins. But once you reach mall road, we can find a host of restaurants and shops. The view from the airbnb is awesome. My daughter got sick with food poisoning and she soiled the sheets. Aswath was very accommodative and suggested medicines to buy for her and showed genuine concern. Even after leaving place, he kept checking on us whether we reached safely. I would highly recommend Aswaths place.

The location of the property is the best which makes it worth the value. The rooms are neat and clean and has great view from the balcony. The caretaker was super helpful and so was the host- always responsive.

The property is peaceful and just as described. We were ready for the short uphill walk, and the stunning view at the top made it completely worth it. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Whether enjoying the scenery or having lovely chats with the host, everything about our stay was delightful. We would absolutely love to return. Simply felt like a home away from home. Started off with a wonderful check-in experience, received a very warm welcome. They were always available for any help we required and always fulfilled all our requests. The food was great and had variety. The place was just as described in the listing and matched the photos as shown, with squeaky clean interiors, washroom and linens. They also went beyond just being a host and understood that we felt cooler due to the weather and provided us with warm water for drinking and hot water bags to warm the bed at night. The place is also at a great location at the heart of Mall, so be it hiring cabs for local sight seeing or restaurants it was always at finger tips. It’s opposite to the iconic Keventer’s hotel and very near to Glenary’s. Loved the overall experience and would definitely visit again.

Samridhi was friendly and welcoming. Before our check-in, she had sent detailed directions to her place. The check-in was smooth. The room was spotless clean and looked as shown in the pictures. The room is airy and spacious and perfect for people trying to have a relaxing trip. The view from the room and balcony are mesmerizing. You could stay there all day. She called to check in on us everyday and was available for all queries. I loved my stay there. Definitely my recommendation for anyone visiting Darjeeling.

It was a great accommodation with all the facilities listed. The hosts were friendly and cooperating. The place is very near to the Mall. There is a nice terrace upstairs. Thanks also to the caretaker Santosh, who was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay here for eight nights. Highly recommended. However, few points for improvement: 1. The house is surrounded by hotels and houses. No scenic view. Moreover lots of vehicle noise all day. 2. The lighting inside the house is not proper. Yellow lights must be replaced by white LED lights for better ambience.
