Erinn was an amazing host - she would respond immediately to any text and was always friendly and helpful. The house is as good as it looks if not better! My husband complains about every airbnb I book but he even he had to admit this one was top notch.

This house was everything and more it was very clean and had everything my family and I needed; 3 bedrooms, tv in every room even a tv outside on the patio, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, the master bedroom was everything... When I return to Florida this will be my place to stay. Thanks Rachel for everything and for always responding to my messages in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

We had a wonderful time here ! The attention to detail was so much appreciated ! Gigi had homemade chocolate chip cookies for us upon arrival and brand new dog toys for our fur babies. There were also mints on the bed pillows in both guest rooms. She provided dog bowls and an adorable sign welcoming us to the home. The house was spotless and super cozy. Our dogs loves the fenced in yard. Highly recommend ! Gigi was a phenomenal host and we’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and not had warm and welcoming touches like she had. We definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our small family of three and two dogs! The fenced in yard was wonderful and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet with very low traffic. Only a short drive to Siesta Key, downtown, and other attractions.

Olga’s place is such a gem! We had a wonderful week long stay - we felt right at home the moment we stepped inside! Olga was so sweet and always made sure we had what we needed. The pool was an added bonus, it felt like we had a private oasis to hang out at after we went to the beach. The house was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could possible need for a comfortable stay. The AC was lovely and the beds were so comfy, everything about this airbnb exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave, but already can’t wait to come back one day. House is immaculate! Super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were luxurious! Ceiling fans in entry room including the screened in porch. Nice touch! Backyard waterfront is amazing. We used pool and hot tub multiple times per day. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish. Sergiy was a perfect host. Excellent communication and direction when needed. Highly recommend!

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Their home was spotless. The pool with the enclosure allowed you all the sunshine you could ask for without the bugs! The interior is very spacious and great for hosting dinner. With the turf back yard it’s the perfect hangout for adults and children! The hosts are very thoughtful with items available for the perfect beach day (beach wagon, chairs, a cooler, and lots of fun items for children! We will definitely be visiting again!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Amazing space. Great layout. The kitchen was lovely. The whole house very clean, well decorated, and well supplied. The garden/backyard area was beautiful as well. If you don’t mind a few bugs (mosquitos) there’s a lot of nature to witness. I loved the pond. A great place to meditate. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place! In a pretty good area to close to the beach. House was neat and tidy everything looked perfect. The pool is a plus! WiFi is slow but we didn’t really use it. Would definitely book again!

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We had an amazing time at Agnes's home ! The house was spotless when we arrived—super clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the layout made it feel spacious and welcoming. But what really made it stand out was the yard—absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room to relax, play, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our dog loved it and so did we. It’s not always easy to find a place that makes both humans and pups equally happy, but this one totally nailed it. If you're looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway with great outdoor space and a sparkling-clean interior, this is the one. We’d definitely stay here again!

The home is simply beautiful, open, airy, Clean the backyard and pool are beautiful and so private. Hidden Gem is a perfect name for this home as you would never expect to find a home like this on a ‘such a typical’ block. It’s like brand new. Everything is updated and modern. The bathrooms and showers were clean and beautiful. Large TV in the living room with comfy couches (a bit worn) but still comfortable. We all loved the place! Would stay again in a heartbeat! So quiet and peaceful.
