My mom and I got away for a long Mothers Day / birthday weekend at Sue's place. Exactly as pictured and advertised. We enjoyed the beach by day and St. Armonds Circle each night. walked home each night feeling safe! The bed and pillows were extra compfy! I would definitely return here and hope to again soon! Thanks Sue for the wonderful stay and quick communication when I missed some details needed. 🙃

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s away from the crowds of Siesta Beach, but still close to everything. The setting is beautiful and the property has everything you could need. We hope to visit again soon!

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

Great host and condo. It had everything you could ask for and more. Private beach, pool, had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, carts, towels, and more. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing area. Would love to stay here again!

Dan’s place was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Dan thought of all the amenities that you could possibly need and some other things that made the place that much more enjoyable. The outdoor space off of the bay is great and the location is so close to the beach (also a very nice area), dinning, and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. The place was very clean and the bed was so comfy! We were able to meet Dan and he was so friendly and considerate! Having a beach umbrella and chairs was a game changer! I cannot recommend Dan’s place enough!

Easy walk to the beach, especially due to the provided wagon which transported included beach necessities. This was important to us, as we flew in from out of state and were limited in the amount of beach gear we could pack. Both the bathroom and kitchen had numerous amenitites, to include little things that are not often included when you travel but might be something you use at home: motion dector night light; empty drawer in bath for storing toiletries; abundant, soft and absorbent bath and beach towels; collapsable, carry ice chest; yoga mat and more! We felt right at home. Should we return to this location, no doubt we hope to stay at Adelaide & Cheryl's little piece of heaven.

I've stayed at a number of AirBNBs and Heidi truly outshines all the previous hosts. She was incredibly responsive and super helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a mishap during our stay that was completely out of her control, but she did an absolutely phenomenal job of addressing the situation in a timely manner and doing her best to make it right. Would highly recommend to any future guests! The property itself is also beautiful and right on a largely empty beach since it's away from most public access points. Excellent beach getaway experience :).

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

It was a nice clean place. I would definitely stay at Robert's place again. It right around the corner from St. Armands Circle and close to beach. They had everything you need for your stay houseware and beach stuff.

Exactly as advertised, no complaints at all. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane but the host were very friendly and compassionate.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Highly recommend! Condo is clean, great amenities and location is close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

We had a very good time at Siesta Key and enjoyed our time at Maureen's place. The building is older, the amenities are well maintained and the condo itself is well cared for. I did find some mystery stains on the mattress and the decorative pillows in my room, but I'm guessing they are just spills that were difficult to get out. More importantly, the boat dock is usable, albeit with some difficulty if the boat is larger than 22 feet or so. We figured out on the second day that the best way to dock was parallel to the intracoastal between the posts and to tie off with lines on either side of the stern and with a single line on the bow. I would check ahead to make sure the dock is available, but we had no other boats docked there on a holiday weekend. The private beach access was a lifesaver on a holiday weekend, despite the short walk required to get there. Having both intracoastal and beach access is the biggest value of the place in my opinion.

my wife and I spent a wonderful week at Connies place , great location to the pool and beach, the unit was SPOTLESS, well equipped with anything you would need , parking spot right outside our door was great , comfy bed, really nice sand chairs for the beach, always got quick answers to any questions ( none problem related) would highly recommend for any couple looking for a perfect getaway, hoping Connie and her family are well

Super clean and comfortable condo! Everything you need, beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, is truly in walking distance. I would and will probably stay here again!

We have been coming to Siesta for years and rented all over the key. Siesta Dunes is right on the beachfront. It’s large with a huge pool in the centre with tons of loungers and umbrellas and then you walk out to the massive beach. Although people say walkable to the beach, in most cases you have to cross the main road and go to the other side which is a severe pain. This is all contained and it’s important for me to have the least work possible on vacation. There’s a centre deck with bbqs overlooking the beach where everyone comes to watch the sunset. Tanya’s place is bigger than it looks on the photos with two back decks, plenty of seating inside and back out. Siesta is our home twice a year and now that we found Siesta Dunes we are booked for Christmas. The trolley is the best part of Siesta outside of the massive white beach and we always make a date night at Summer House. Tanya’s is worth staying at.

We loooved it here! The space was perfect for our family. I cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores and walking distance to local restaurants and ice cream shops. The trolley stop is right at the resort so very convenient free rides to downtown Siesta Key was one of the highlights of our trip. We also grilled in the back of the resort by the bay which was nice! Oak trees all around. The pool was perfect temp. The fob didn’t work for one of the gates but there were three others we were able to get in without issue. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. The ONLY issue we had was from the pics on the original post it appeared the walk to the closest public beach access was 2 min but it was actually 15. In the Florida heat that was rough but we pushed through! Oh and last thing, the scooters were a hit with everyone in our family. So much fun! 😆 Thank you so much for giving us an amazing stay!!

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

The condo was very comfortable and clean! I stayed an extra day and Tee was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. People in the condo community where very friendly. I especially liked that I had a specific covered parking spot each time I returned, so there were no problems with parking. I frequent Siesta Key and this location on the bay side is nice!
