We are a 3-min walk from the center: markets, restaurants, bars, and a 5-min walk from the beach via the beautiful trail that descends from Caminho do Rei. You won't need a car to reach these places. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

It has a unique view of an infinity pool and, in the background, a panoramic horizon of the Devonian Escarpments. The country house retreat of the overlook is an incredible work! Built on the edge of a canyon under the trees, with a breathtaking view, you will have a unique experience in the midst of nature without giving up comfort and safety. Located within the Sady Agostini Cabin, a private property, the space features an en-suite bathroom, bathtub, fireplace, kitchen with barbecue, and in the outdoor area, in addition to the spacious balconies, a large private garden with a fireplace.

Located in the countryside of Nova Petrópolis, with only 2 km road floor beaten and 30 km from Centro de Gramado.
