Divina Melodia is the constant sound of the Urubici River that passes in front of the house, lulling sleep and delighting the eyes. The house is at the top of the terrain and has a deck that surrounds it, integrating it with the landscape, providing a broad view of the valley. The drinking water comes from the springs of the property. At night, the starry sky and the warmth of the wood-burning stove and the naval iron fireplace in the center of the room provide the spectacle. I'm passionate about my home, which is my sanctuary, and I'll love sharing it.

With typical German architecture, Morada is a half-timbered house with a rustic and contemporary interior, designed for couples seeking refuge in nature combined with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. Located in the rural area of the Vila Nova neighborhood, the property is 30 minutes from downtown Joinville/SC, allowing guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close to the urban area. *Breakfast included for reservations made as of 12/08/2025.

The house is all fenced with screen, private entrance. The mezzanine has a balcony overlooking the countryside, Q/F air conditioning, bathroom (suite) and a comfortable king size bed. On the ground floor there is a social bathroom, cozy living room with Q/F air conditioning, antique furniture, dining table and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and complete. On the property, we produce pitayas, so be sure to enjoy the fruits and their derivatives. For meals, we offer some menu options. Ask for the menu.

The house has an en-suite on the upper floor with a hydro bath, panoramic view of the mountains and the sunrise. Integrated living room and kitchen on the first floor with bathroom, sofa bed and covered outdoor deck. Name inspired by the city of Asolo, located in northern Italy, near Monte Grappa, a large and important mountain in the region.

You can wake up listening to the birds and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the balcony. The ideal place for couples or families who want privacy. The patio is fenced and for the exclusive use of guests. The house has a fireplace and Wi-Fi. Note: Firewood is not included in the daily rate.

The route runs through our region, which is surrounded by mountains, and we pass by buffaloes and rivers.

The house has 56 sq. meters containing a bedroom on the mezzanine with a hot tub and air conditioning. Space to leave the car in the house itself, heated 6x3m pool surrounded by a deck, excellent place to relax and enjoy the sunset, we have the option of breakfast, massages, tours separately.
