Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Northamptonshire District

Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

Had a lovely stay at the Barn, it was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. We didn’t need to contact the owner due to the instructions being simple and clear. We were lucky with the March weather so managed to get the outdoor cushions out and sat in glorious sunshine overlooking the surrounding countryside. Our dog was secure and safe roaming around the grounds which meant we could relax without worry while he sniffed about and watched the wildlife. The evening was clear and without any light pollution we were blessed with a glorious view of the nights sky, something we aren’t normally used to. All in all, a relaxing couple of nights in complete comfort.

Lee’s home felt like a home from home. Really spacious, great for a big group. We loved the downstairs living space and that there were so many bathrooms. Area is great with a little high street 1 min away. Close to Coventry and Birmingham.

We had a beautiful stay at Alison’s place. Everything was exactly as described. It was pristinely clean and cosy. It is a little hard to find as you may miss the turning but overall a really good stay. I would definitely stay again. Alison was fast to respond to any queries we had and very responsive. We loved that the area was in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle with the little goats roaming around and the beautiful horses.

Lovely property which was exactly as described. Tom and his wife were great hosts and welcomed us with a tasty fruit cake! Would recommend.

A lovely house which is very close to the centre of Bourton with plenty of parking.

We had a lovely weekend staying in Amelia’s gorgeous cottage. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you could need, a real home away from home. The garden is lovely with a grass area and patio with table & chairs to eat outside. The location is great with amazing views from the bedroom windows. Would 100% recommend to anybody

The cottage was great, in beautiful gardens. We finally played tennis with the kids on the last day and it is sat in the most peaceful picturesque gardens. The holiday was about meeting up with family and all the young children; the cottage was perfect for what we wanted. Jill gave us great recommendations. We visited many of the places she told us about, the zoo, the castle and a few pubs to eat in. Overall great first visit to the Cotswolds. Thanks Mike.

I highly recommend staying here, the hosts were lovely, the place was beautiful and clean and the village is gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved their garden and the massive field right behind their house. The Crown in Shillington is also a great pub for dinner. We’ll definitely keep Rebecca’s place in mind to visit in future!

We had a lovely short break at Milan’s loft apartment, tucked away in the beech woods. Milan was a proactive and responsive host, letting us have all the information we needed, and providing for a comfortable stay. It is a great spot from which to explore the local area and we had some lovely walks with friends in the nearby Chinnor Hill nature reserve and at Whiteleaf cross.

Great 2 nights over Easter in this quiet corner of rural Rutland. Great for our dogs and us to rest our heads after a day of exploring. There is no pub or shop unless u drive but we made use of the more than adequate self catering amenities and settled in each night with a bottle of wine and a film. Bath is also divine bring some bath foam

This is my second stay with Victoria but my first in the School Room. I have no hesitation in recommending both Victoria's properties and am truly grateful for the kindness and understanding she has shown me when dealing with both bookings. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a romantic escape. There was so much to enjoy right at the accommodation—the aqua centre was a real treat, and we had great fun relaxing in the snooker room. The space was clean, cosy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in a unique location.

Absolutely perfect. This stay really is 5* completely private, beautiful friendly farm animals and marshmallows by the fire. I couldn’t thank Victoria enough for our stay and we will definitely be returning. The interior design in the cabin itself is absolutely beautiful. It didn’t even feel like the uk just pure magic. The cabin was a lovely peaceful place for a break away. The host was very attentive and had left essentials in the fridge, teas, coffees, dishwasher tablets etc. The cabin itself was beautiful and well looked after, the setting was lovely. The cabin was dog friendly and even provided clean towels for wiping dogs paws before they come in from the garden. We would definitely stay again.

What a great find if your in Banbury, and what a fantastic host Kate was. Nothing was too much. The cabin was so homely and mattress was heavenly slept a solid 10 hours. Hot tub was glorious. I feel so great after a relaxing few days.

I booked this as a gaming retreat for my friend and I as a mini-stag and it was so much more than we had hoped. Super peaceful, the Alpacas and Sheep were lovely to pet and we were given carrots to feed them which was a great treat. The golf cart was a lovely novelty too. We were really well looked after before and upon arrival. The cabin is located in a private and secluded area with it's own grounds, lake and outdoor areas with a large firepit. It is very well appointed and clean with more than enough space for just us two. I'd love to bring the family here but dogs aren't welcome, other than this, the place is a perfect little retreat and I 100% recommend. Thank you, Mel!

Samia is a fantastic host. The accommodation is beautifully decorated, clean and very private and was perfect for our weekend away in Oxford. Samia is a very proactive host with great communication. Would highly recommend!
