Holiday rentals with a patio in South Kingstown

Jennifer’s place was perfect. Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very new and spotlessly clean. Will definitely return.

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

The apartment was just right for a short weekend trip to Providence. Check-in was easy and the local suggestions were helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. No complaints! Easy check-in and check-out. Really awesome location. We walked everywhere for the duration of our stay because it is so close to the entire downtown area!

Walter's place was an excellent location for us as we explored Newport and surrounding areas. The instructions to access the place were very helpful - I especially liked the photos to help guide you up the exterior stairs to the entry door. The neighborhood was quaint and felt very safe. Inside the space was clean and stocked with all of the essentials to make our stay very pleasant. The proactive communication from Walter was especially appreciated, so that we knew what to expect and how to get in.

We were in town for URI orientation. We visited Newport (which is super close) and went back and forth to campus. The house was perfect, extremely clean and location can’t be beat!

Gorgeous view, great location, clean, comfortable, I can’t say enough good things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We day-tripped to Boston and spent a lot of time in Newport, but we also LOVED the small town of Wickford that was close by. Lots of good restaurants. But I can honestly say I would have been content to just hang around the house and use the hot tub and kayaks. The back patio is incredible and the view is breathtaking. Get up and watch the sunrise over the water. You’ll thank me later. The place was only surpassed by the incredible hostess. Kelly was ultra-responsive, her restaurant recommendations were great, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Including borrowing her sister’s pack N play so we could have 2 since we had several young kids with us. She set us up with things we didn’t even think to ask for. You can tell she’s been a hostess for a while. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great home! Beautiful and clean- super comfortable and Rachael has truly thought of everything. Loved the hot tub and appreciated the easy access to laundry and a gym.

Beautiful home with new amenities. Was very comfortable for all five of us. Large property for our dog. We enjoyed the covered rear porch. Definitely. Would stay here again.

Loved staying at this little seaside cottage! Beautiful sunset view. Cute bunnies hopping around in the yard. Very helpful to already have linens & towels available on-site. Easy entry with access code, not having to carry a key was great. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and look at the houses & the views. Neighbors were super friendly and everyone waved during our daily walks. Easy access point to the bay right down the street so we could paddleboard. Easy walk to George's (awesome tiki bar right on the beach in the sand - live music), Jimmy's Portside (delicious seafood - I say best in Narragansett!), seafood markets, shops, and other restaurants - as well as the Block Island ferry for a day trip. House was very bright/white and clean and peaceful.

Very nice peaceful setting, enjoyed bike trail and the area is close to many interesting RI landmarks and restaurants. Dina was really great at responding to some initial questions.

My family and I were in town for a soccer tournament and could not have asked for a better home to stay! Great location to the university and loved the peaceful neighborhood. House was immaculate, but cozy and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and would not hesitate to come back. Liz was a fantastic host!

We loved our stay, the place was perfect and just what we were looking for…. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, plus loved the beautiful flooring. The location was good, parking was easy to find, plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is on a main road, which was somewhat noisy at night, especially when the street sweepers come by, but that’s the price for being conveniently located , and didn’t bother us. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

we have taped at other Villas. this one was wonderful. part of the reason I picked this one was due to sleeping arrangements. a bonus that I didn't get at other villas was a code to the back gate, which made an easy drive to Mohegan even easier. it was nicely decorated and Erin was very responsive when I had a few general questions

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

The stay was very peaceful, friendly neighbors. The scenery was great, Desiree was there for any concerns we had, and with timely response. I would anyone that want a pleasurable stay while in Norwich, this is the place to be. Thanks again, for a wonderful stay. William & Potreen

This place was fabulous! It was quaint, clean, and a perfect location for accessibility to all events during Brown University’s graduation. We enjoyed the lovely patio as well!

Charles & Sharolyn were great hosts and have set the apartment up nicely for a comfortable stay. Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Bristol. Hot tub on a cool spring evening was the cherry on top.
