Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. You'll be left a small continental breakfast, coffee/tea, as well as some of our veggie harvest when available..

This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
