Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. Would highly recommend Ferns place to any family looking for a place to stay in Chelsea/London Fern, thank-you for making the process so easy, you are a super host. Regards Jenny and family.

We loved our stay at Pablo’s place. Lots of space for the family to relax and recharge for sightseeing! Pablo was a fantastic host.

Annabelle's property was lovely. It was just as described plus more. The beds were extremely comfortable, her communication was amazing, the guide to check-in included instructions on how to use all the appliances/heater etc. The ditch was well stocked with cooking supplies, beginning coffee, trash bags and more. The street/alley is adorable and leads to a bakery(amazing sourdough pizza), a couple of restaurants, fishmonger, wine shop and more. Thank you for being an amazing hostess.

Julie,s place is great for a short break. It does have a lot of personal items in, which wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of the beds were doubles but not really suitable if you are a larger size person. Check in and out was easy. Overall would recommend

We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

We had a lovely time in this house. We were two families with kids and especially enjoyed the spacious house, the comfortable beds and all the things included (everything from boardgames a piano, and kitchen utensils to the very cozy cats). Easy to get into the city center with the northern line, but also plenty of options to eat in and around Tooting market.

Erika was a great host. Always responsive and friendly. The home was clean and well organised, the entry via key code was simple and straightforward and Erika was very accommodating with regard to check-in time.

I have been using AirBnB for over a decade and this may be the best one I’ve had yet. A beautiful triplex in London, nicely furnished, cute little terrace, all the amenities, quiet but well situated. And Dave is a fantastic host. Highly recommended.

We had an awesome memorable holiday at Lucie's place! The location was perfect for us in terms of being close to all major landmarks in London and shopping, and at the same time located in a quiet charming neighborhood. Lucie is a wonderful host, and extremely proactive and helpful with her communication. Since our stay started on Christmas Day, Lucie let us know prior all shops will be closed. She went above and beyond in asking us what groceries we would need, and everything was waiting for us on arrival! Her notes were very clear and organized, and included everything we needed inside the house (wifi, washer/dryer/dishwasher etc.) , and outside (for example grocery shops, underground station etc.) Everything in the home was extremely clean, and we loved every minute of our stay!

Suzy is easy-going lady,she give me everything I need,and the property is hidden at the busy location,grocery shop,restaurants parking space are super close ,just walk within 1 min. I'm enjoy myself in this unique mews every moment.

A well-appointed three level townhome that would be perfect for 3 to 4 adults The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to access Broadway market and the local parks. The kitchen had everything you would need. The second floor had a very comfortable couch and large TV, which was a great gathering room. On the same floor was a small bedroom that Americans would consider a double bed, but no closet. The bathroom on the second floor had a very beautiful tub but for a shower you had to go use the bathroom on the third floor. This top floor had a very spacious bedroom with expansive closets and a very comfortable bed that in the UK is described as king size but seemed to be more of a queen size for us. During the week we were there, there are some days that were quite hot and the third floor could be 10° higher than the second and first floor. Finally there is a third bedroom on the first floor off the dining room but the mattress was not comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & host’s response.

We were visiting our daughter who lives a block away and gave birth to our first grandchild, so it was a particularly joyful visit. The flat was nicely decorated with real plants which we were happy to water. We discovered two great restaurants across the street ( Indian and Chinese) and a sweet deli cafe we also frequented a block away! Evan was communicative and helpful with a couple of hic ups such as quickly replacing a broken toaster. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Evan !

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. My friend and I brought our 2 sons who have just graduated from high school. The unit is in the perfect spot. Close to the Paddington station. There are great restaurants and pubs close by. At night our boys would explore the neighborhood and they felt completely safe. I definitely would recommend taking the Heathrow Express from the airport to the unit. We did all the things- Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, Tower of London, London Eye, Big Ben, Harrods, Selfridges, Notting Hill, ate fish and chips at Mayfair Chippy. Would definitely stay again!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Almost better than the pictures :) Beautiful house in East London close to Victoria park and areas like Dalston, Hackney and Shoreditch. The tube is close, so you can easily get around greater London too. Jonathan and Matt are very helpful and flexible with everything. They gave us loads of really great tips about restaurants, bars and things to do. 10/10, would definitive stay here again.

Nadia's house is even better than in the photos. A cozy and very well-equipped place, especially in the kitchen. I was able to quietly prepare Christmas meals for our family. The beds are very soft. Nadia is a very friendly host and responsive to our every question. The small garden is a real plus. Very appreciated: Nadia took care of the steps to be able to park the car in front of the house or almost. The neighborhood is very quiet. Thank You And have a great end of the year

Easy and accommodating communication from Stephen (we were able to enter the accommodation before the time and leave our suitcases in the hallway beyond the checkout time). Very convenient apartment in relation to the distribution of space. Well appointed kitchen. Nice and comfortable terrace. Impeccable cleanliness. Conveniently located close to Earl's Court subway. Lots of food stores and restaurants nearby.

No wonder Ana’s place is a “Guest Favourite”. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. It’s bright, airy and comfortable. Ana has created a beautiful home filled with lovely touches and she’s an incredibly kind and generous host. It’s a great location - quiet but the shops and train station are just around the corner. I stayed with my dog and it was a 10 minute train to Hampstead Heath. Queens Park with more shops, tube station and lovely park (not off-leash for dogs) are a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thanks again, Ana!

This beautiful home was a perfect place to stay for my wife and I and 3 teenage grandchildren. The home had everything we needed and is located in a perfect area for enjoying London for a week!

This was fantastic. My mother, toddler and I all stayed here and the place was lovely, quiet, felt very "lived-in" so it was comfortable and not like a show-home or something where you feel you can't touch any of the surfaces. Definitely a home-from-home. Richard was responsive and caring and honestly, it couldn't have been better. An easy walk to restaurants/ groceries and right next to a park and historic home with gardens. Perfect.

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. The house is in a great location, a 10 min walk to both Richmond Station and Richmond Park and under 5 min to the river and the high street. Elena was a great host, she offered very clear instructions proactively, e.g. regarding the peculiarities of heating and hot water (which don't work simultaneously). For people with reduced mobility, it's worth noting that the bedrooms are on the second floor. The beds are really comfy!!
