Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South India

This property is just like it is on this platform. Nice, quiet, peaceful and clean. This is one of the few places we have seen that has a bathtub - definitely a game changer in this space. the kitchen was sufficient and clean, rooms were of good size and so were the bathrooms. Host was friendly and responsive and not at all intrusive. the only thing is that there is nothing nearby, for everything, you have to drive atleast a few kms - but that in itself is not a bad thing, you in turn get peace, tranquility and calm. there are some monkeys about, so don't leave things outside. I would highly recommend this place for some quiet time.

The place is thoughtfully designed with ample sitting spaces. Loved the amenities. And well maintained. It has a practical kitchen, outdoor lighting and tiles verandah space. Better than photos and amazing views. Recommended.

This place was too good to be true. Have never found a better AirBnb as of now. The location was absolutely beautiful surrounded by hills on all side. The weather added to the charm. Could see the clouds moving towards us. The caretaker Mr. Chandrashekhar was a great person. Helped us with our meal requirements and provided all necessary help, including local guidance. A perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful outing.

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

Good place with a beautiful sunrise and awesome comfortable stay with born fire and yummy food available at the stay. Great Host.

Mind-blowing experience and amazing service with breathtaking location

If you want to detox, not just from from urban mania but from junk food and alcohol, this is a great place. Subrat's wife is a great satvik cook, and his farm a very peaceful place in no where. Subrat's approach to life flows with nature. The only downside I can think of is there isn't any kitchen.

we enjoyed the staying at Reji's. He promptly catered to all of our requests, and made us feel at home. We felt safe, and enjoyed the ambience. the food he provided suited our pallette, just as per our requirement.We also had a need for a cake, which he outdid himself. overall, it was a lovely experience.

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

I stayed at this Airbnb in Lodha Belmonto, Ravet for one night and had an excellent experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The space was clean, peaceful, and completely private, perfect for a quiet and comfortable stay. Reliable Wi-Fi was available throughout, which added to the convenience. The host was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and places to visit, which enhanced the overall experience. There were no issues at all during my stay, and everything was exactly as described. Overall, a well-managed and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a short, peaceful visit in the area.

The property was clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere especially beautiful during the rainy season. The owner was very proactive and always ready to help whenever needed. I did notice a minor gas leak issue, but he assured me it would be fixed the very next day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and everything else was great.

This place is a nice homestay. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and our landlord was a very nice lady. We had a very good breakfast in her dining room and this is an experience that you will not get at a normal hotel. Thank you Cecilia Cottage for the hospitality and also for the nice and interesting conversations we had.

The apartment is conveniently located close to all the amenities. The apartment was clean and modern with all the necessary facilities for a comfy stay. Chiran and his farther was able to ready the place on a very short notice and really thankful for that. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the place for a stay in Colombo.

very clean and well-equipped apartment... upstairs of a family living below very nice and discreet and present if needed... a unique air conditioning in the room which is paid for and is not reported as such. very close to the big traffic of the city and the sea, but far enough away to sleep properly!!

A Hidden Gem in Nature's Lap! My stay at this Airbnb nestled near the forest was nothing short of magical! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the soothing sounds of nature—the rustling of leaves, birds singing, and the crisp forest air. The location is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The Propeller itself was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. I especially loved the large windows that let in natural light and provided stunning views of the forest. Waking up to the serene sight of trees outside my window was an absolute treat. The host Malika was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. They also provided great recommendations for nearby spots to explore. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and can't wait to return!

Excellent property to spend a cozy time. The rooms are uniquely designed to give a different vibe. There is greenery all around with an amazing view of tea estates. Food options are easily accessible nearby and host guided us very well with minute details. Caretaker Krishna was very courteous and provided whatever we need . The entire property is very well thought through and designed, something to be appreciated!!

Peaceful, Clean, Simple, Clutter free, Homely Waking up to birds in the morning and going to bed after looking at the starry sky has been an experience that will stay with us for a really long time. Soochipara waterfall is really close and so are some of the entertainment spots. In house kitchen is outstanding, we really enjoyed food, hospitality and the fast service. Mr Ansar does his job perfectly and knows about the local spots which is really helpful in planning the day.

The stay was truly wonderful, peaceful, scenic, and well-managed. One of the highlights was the beautiful mountain view right from the property, especially in the early morning when the landscape is bathed in soft light. It’s the perfect way to start your day with a sense of calm and connection to nature. Just beside the property, there's a short and easy trek that leads you to an even better viewpoint. It’s quiet, uncrowded, and ideal for anyone looking to unwind or enjoy some mindful solitude. As for the host, he was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure a smooth experience. While there were some concerns in past reviews regarding the caretaker, those issues have been personally resolved by the host himself. He’s attentive, considerate, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, thanks to our amazing host, Iona. She was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us in planning our days and ensuring we felt welcome. The food was freshly prepared from a homemade kitchen, adding a delightful touch to our experience. The location was easy to find, and Iona made sure everything was smooth. Meeting her lovely family was a pleasure, and relaxing in the cool cabin provided the perfect escape from the heat. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay.

The cabin was exactly same as it is shown in pictures. Caretaking staff are very polite and responsive. It is located in the middle of coffee platation and surrounded by hills. You can enjoy hearing to different birds in early morning. Totally it's a calm and private place. It's a great place for those who would like to detox from busy city life. Host is also responsive and helpful. Negatives: I found only one Negative point that the estate is located just few meters interior from main road in a coffee plantation, so from main road to estate you have to go through a metal road which is approximately 250 to 300 meters patch.
