This is the perfect spot if you want to enjoy Kochi! The room is as big as shown in the photos - there is ample space is move around. The decor is very tasteful and rustic. There is also an attached restaurant/ bar which has a very very good vibe! Would definitely recommend having a glass of wine there. The location is 10/10 - almost all the great cafés are at walking distance and Uber auto is super easily available. GO FOR IT!

Just the right location for our family trip. The rooms we quaint and comfortable. The staff, especially Sajith was excellent on site manger. He provided a varied and tasty breakfast and dinner with his staff. The beach was clean and rustic authenticity. Sun rise was spectacular. Choice of local food within east drive as well.

Amazing place to stay, the view was exceptional. Getting to the room was a bit challenging but great cardio, anyone up for an adventure can definitely try this place. It was super close to the downtown area, got good food and good recommendations

The stay was very peaceful. I would recommend the property for a weekend away from all the hustle and bustle of the city!

The staff was amazing and the location was ideal.

Our family was very happy with our short stay at the hideout. The hosts communication was brilliant throughout. We had contacted them before we arrived with numerous questions which they always answered promptly. The pool and outdoor area was lovely, clean and relaxing with great views from the lookout area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the lovely chef came out to say hello in the mornings and was kind enough to make pancakes for my fussy son when he wouldn’t eat anything on the menu. We also loved the breakfast and had two lovely evening meals in the restaurant during our stay.

Our stay in Kandy was absolutely beyond amazing! During our time at the accommodation, we had several birthdays to celebrate, and even though we had or originally coordinated something small for breakfast ourselves, Aruna bought us a whole cake and hung up decorations for us! We are so grateful for this family's accommodation and dedication to elevating our trip experience by just that much! If we are ever in Kandy, this is sure to be our stop every time ~ Thank you guys so much!

Hidden on the Kalpitaya peninsula, you will find a real gem: an exclusive stay where peace and luxury merge. Upon arrival, a refreshing welcome drink beckons, followed by a spacious, inviting room with large windows, terrace, large bed and a bathtub. Every night, the passionate chef shows his craftsmanship with tasteful, local food that remains surprisingly pure. The fun refreshing swimming pool with slide and the winding path to the beach enhance the feeling of discovery. Despite a dirt access road and the lack of a minibar(fridge), this place remains a find for those who want to dream away. A shoutout for the staff and many thanks for everything!

The place was fire! It was greatly maintained, 100% same as the pictures. the Host was Responsive. The room was absolutely clean, comfortable & facilitated. Loved the surroundings and view. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. They suggested and organised trips and meals around our requirements. The location is very peaceful and in nature (pack mosquito spray). Everything was as described. There are not many pictures of the bedroom which is quite rustic but has everything that you need for a couple of nights.

We only stayed 1 night, but enjoyed our time. The hotel has a very new restaurant with delicious food, which was very convenient. You can tell that John is constantly evolving the space to make sure his guests are comfortable. We actually missed our flight back home and John helped in every way he could, which we are extremely grateful for. We needed to use a local number to get in contact with the airline and the staff were more than accommodating. With Goa's obstinance towards UBER, the hotel was able to organise taxis whenever we needed. We felt that we experienced some of Goa's famed hospitality in our short stay. Totally recommend this stay!

I recently stayed at The Wild Orchid in Havelock Island, Andaman for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and efficiency of the staff. They were incredibly helpful throughout the stay and even accommodated an early check-in, which was a great start to the trip. The property is beautifully nestled amidst nature, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that’s perfect for a relaxing escape. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. Prompt response from the staff whenever any issue arose, which added to the overall smooth experience. The location is also fantastic, with some excellent restaurants just a short walk away, and the stunning beaches of Havelock are nearby. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Havelock.

I had a wonderful stay. value for money and location.

This was my first solo trip, and like any other female I too was bit nervous. But the moment I entered the place, it just felt like home. The Hosts Reema and Simon took care of me like their own, and also took me for tour. They asked me what kind of places Id like to explore, and basis on my description they took me to the best places. I was looking for anything away from chaos to connect with myself, and that's what the hosts made possible. During the tour, it did not feel like roaming with any stranger, it simply felt like hanging with family that's how much warm and welcoming both of them were. The stay place is really very peaceful, the rooms are very cozy. It felt so much like my own room, that as I entered the room I would make sure that everything is placed at the right place, and it is clean and tidy. I would never do that In a hotel room. The hosts were always approachable and just one call away for any kind of help. Loved being around them in their property and Goa too.
