I decided to stay at Sandy Bay instead of the CBD on this visit to Hobart. What a great decision. coming home to the expansive water view each day was wonderful. Natalie was friendly and accommodating and responsive. Will stay again!

An absolutely gorgeous penthouse apartment - very modern, stunning river views, outdoor bath, bathrobes, lots of treats on arrival, very comfortable beds, safe and secure and so close to everything in Hobart, especially Salamanca and the restaurant strip. Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

A wonderful clean and homely place to stay with a beautiful view of Kingston Beach.

After a long stretch without a break, Brierlie’s apartment overlooking the harbour and historic buildings was the perfect place to land. Everything we needed was within walking distance, great restaurants, the Mona ferry, Salamanca Markets, and more. The apartment was spot-on for two couples. Thanks, Brierlie, our Kiwi friends and we had a fantastic stay.

The view was amazing & on a personal note I would totally live in this location permanently if possible

This property has a wow factor when you walk in. The views are forever changing, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms stunning and kitchen a contemporary joy to be in. Johnnie was highly responsive when we had a question and happy to help. Thanks for a great experience 👍

We had a great stay! The location was excellent — right across the street from an IGA and just a short walk downhill to the Pier, which made for a lovely walk especially in the morning with a coffee. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One small note: we had a bit of trouble finding the entrance at night since it was quite dark, and we ended up circling the block twice by car. But once we found it, everything else was smooth. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — we really enjoyed our time and had a relaxing break. Thank you!

Deborah is an amazing host; communication was swift, helpful and kind! The house is clean, modern, functional and fun. The views are stunning and the beach access was fun for both younger guests and the adults, oh and our four legged friend. To be honest, I've never stayed in an airbnb that was so well equipped as this one. There were enough pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, cleaning products, toastie machine, condiments, cereals... the list was endless. It was amazing!! We had a wonderful stay. The tranquility was joyful. We will be back again. Thank you so much Deb!!

Fabulous! Just like holidays when I was a kid - so nostalgic! Loved the 50s colours & decor & the thoughtful touches like hot choc & marshmallows, which were most appreciated after a long drive. Plenty of cookware and crockery, a lovely hot shower, comfy lounges and beds. Great range of DVDs to suit all tastes. and so many beautiful places to visit around the peninsular. Best of all - that beautiful beach through the back gate!! Really appreciate that you allow pets & have fully fenced yard. My little dogs had a fantastic time frolicking on the beach as did I. We definitely want to come back!

Brilliant stay

Lovely Beachfront Stay with Relaxing Vibes We loved our stay at Burcu’s place! The beach-facing views from both the balcony and kitchen were absolutely stunning, and the selection of self-care books added a thoughtful, cozy touch to the experience. The only minor issue was the limited hot water capacity when hosting more guests, but everything else was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a fantastic spot for a relaxing leisure getaway!

Mooie ruime woning met open uitzicht over de baai waar we ‘s ochtends dolfijnen zagen. Er liggen een hoop boeken en spelletjes die je kan gebruiken. Badkamer wellicht beetje klein als je met 6 personen verblijft, maar voor minder dan dat prima. Het was wel koud in huis, de isolatie is niet zoals we in Europa gewend zijn, waardoor verwarmen met de airco een beetje als verspilling voelde. Verder duidelijke instructies en snelle reacties van Georgy en het was schoon! Enige wat we misten was een strijkplank, terwijl de strijkbout er wel was.

This is our 2nd stay at Lee's apartment and once again, the place did not disappoint. The online photos do not do the property the justice it truly deserves. Lee is a super friendly, very responsive host and will gladly help with any questions you may have. This is by far the best apartment we have come across and yes we will return.
