Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South Historic District, Savannah

EXCELLENT place to stay for a visit to Savannah. Private parking, walkable to a Krogers with a Starbucks. Linda as a host was superb. Responsive (met me at the check in and did a quick walk through) and noted to communicate if I needed anything. The listing notes "cozy", but the floor is spacious with new and spotless appliances. Bedroom had plenty of space and closet space. A very good place to stay with a wonderful host. Highly recommend.

Garry place is 100% what you would expect to stay in when you are staying in Savannah. The river shops and restaurants are all in walkable distance. Forsyth Park is a great place to hang out and there a restaurant in the park which is a great place to have lunch. The neighborhood is the perfect picture of that old Savannah charm if that is what you are looking for. I would recommend garry place to anyone that want that true Savannah experience.

The location was good, a short walk to hop-on-hop-off trolley stop 5. A 5-8 minute Uber ride to restaurant and shopping areas. The parking in the back was a major plus. The location is quiet, no city noises. However, the AC units outside are near the bedroom windows and can be heard cycling on and off. Although, I had no problem sleeping.

Jason was responsive and provided clear directions. Great location with easy access to much of the historic Savannah downtown. Will definitely be back at some point.

Nice place! So much charm and coziness. Would definitely book again! Very close to a beautiful park and many great little dives including the Black Rabbit. Great stay!

This place is so beautiful that we didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a “very Savannah experience” (as our daughter wanted for her birthday), this spot lives up to that. The views are amazing! The room is located in the middle of the Savannah hustle and bustle. I enjoyed people watching from the windows. The place was very clean and well stocked. The parking was close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Jeremy’s place in Savannah was comfortable, clean and homey. It was in a wonderful location that was close to most of our favorites but on a quieter street. Appreciated the touch of having the fans available and some welcoming snacks. All in all—a great stay! Thank you Jeremy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a gorgeous garden area during the morning as well as in the evening. A garden you would hope to stay in while visiting Savannah. The inside was just as nice. Plenty of space and comfortable surroundings. We are delighted that we found this spot!

The house was so nice, clean and roomy. Three of us were traveling for girls weekend so we each had our own very Comfortable room! The house is a quick drive to downtown and to Tybee. Charles left us plenty of snacks, coffee and local information. He was very quick to respond and I have already recommended the house to many friends. We would love to come back!

I loved my stay at the Victoria House in Savannah. Victoria is a wonderful host!!! She's friendly, engaging, and helpful. The house is spotless - super clean and organized. It was a great week - wonderful to have a washer and dryer at the property, the kitchen was great, so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The bed was super comfortable. The only small drawback is that it is on a busy street, especially during commuting times in the AM and PM. So, as long as you are okay with that, then this is the PERFECT place to stay in Savannah.

Micheal and Anna’s place was a perfect place to stay for our girls’ getaway. With Forsyth Park close by, we were able to walk to most of our destinations. What a gem of a place. Savannah did not disappoint.

This place was fantastic—super clean, with a charming little kitchen and an awesome shower with great pressure and hot water. The whole space felt recently updated, fresh, and very comfortable. The AC was ice cold, which was a huge plus during the warmer days. Parking was a non-issue, super easy and convenient. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and a great jumping-off point for everything we wanted to see and do in Savannah. If I had to nitpick anything, it would be the internet—it was a little spotty, especially on rainy days when we considered staying in to stream a movie or two. But honestly, that’s not why we came to Savannah, so it really didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. Everything else was truly perfect, and we’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

This was a cute place to stay for my cousin’s 50th birthday! Lots of party supplies at the house, like a cake stand and balloon inflator. It was perfect for 7 of us ladies. The pool in the backyard was a huge bonus so we could cool off after a long day of walking in Savannah. It a great location if you’re looking to spend time in both Savannah and Tybee. 15 mins from each. Very central and close to hop on the freeway. They’ve done a great job of updating the house to be more modern. One thing to note is that the pink room has a step down - so if you have an ADA guest, they will feel most comfortable sleeping in the blue room. Even though the houses are close together, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The backyard felt private with a newer fence on one side and lots of trees to make it feel secluded. Plenty of parking for 2 cars front to back in the driveway. It’s great that there is a Publix right around the corner too so you can grab last minute groceries. Overall it was great!

We had an amazing stay! Loved the sunroom in particular and the location. It’s right in between the beach and downtown. We hope to come back again one day :) thanks for being part of our vacation!

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Walkable to many great restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay a third time.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Mike and Sarah’s condo! Location was easy to access and very close to Forsyth park (easy walk), which is why we booked since we were in town for a wedding. Street was quiet and very picturesque, and we got around easy either driving or using Lyft. Condo was quiet and clean, normal amount of street noise for an old building. We had no complaints!

We loved staying at Sarah’s place for our daughter’s SCAD graduation weekend. It was really convenient, loved having the parking space off the street.The space is also perfect, most importantly enough seating in the family room for everyone comfortably!! We also appreciated the little amenities such as the coffee and snacks. Wish we had discovered it sooner in our career as SCAD parents. Highly recommend.

This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation and cannot believe we didn’t find this place until he was leaving Savannah! This is a fantastic location. In the midst of everything but due to the unique location it is also very quiet. Amazing views of the bridge. Walkable to absolutely everything you can think of. For graduation it was a breeze to walk down to the ferry to the Convention Center. Loved it! Communication A+!

We got really lucky finding this place. The location was phenomenal! You could literally walk everywhere. We didn’t think the outside noise was loud and didn’t have any issues sleeping. Alyssa was very responsive and helpful with her recommendations.

This studio apartment is incredibly well located in downtown Savannah, walking distance to the waterfront and many bars, restaurants, shops, and beautiful squares. It's beautifully decorated, was very clean, and well equipped. I was there mid-week so didn't have issues with noise outside, although you do hear squeeky floorboards, this didn't bother me however. Check in was easy and the hosts were responsive and helpful. One issue I had (which I think is a general problem when staying downtown) was parking, as the city parking lots had system issues and were closed when I arrived. I think most guests will be able to access the parking lot easily though, and it's only a couple of blocks away. Overall I had a great stay, I would recommend to others and would come back in future.

This is a great location in Historic Savannah with a nice grocery store just a block or so away. We were concerned that there would be difficulty parking nearby but was not the issue. Just pay attention to the street sweeping schedule. The house was very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. The back deck was a wonderful place to enjoy our breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here!
