Holiday rentals with a patio in South Hill

Our stay was AMAZING! One of our most favorite places we’ve ever stayed! So beautiful with the most amazing views! Tons of space, inside and out! Impeccably clean and equipped for comfort. So private, peaceful, tranquil, and safe! Yet still just a short drive to get anywhere you need to go. The hosts are the nicest people we’ve ever met! At our request, they took their time to chat with us about the area and provided great guidance. They were so thoughtful about our needs, but also respect their guests privacy. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful experience on all fronts! We hope to be back again soon!

The location is beautiful and was a perfect location for adventuring the greater Seattle region. Just the right size for two adults.

Ty was very accommodating in all our needs and requests, even getting us a small kitchen table. If you are short, this might not be the place for you. Mirror and microwave very high. Traffic noise can be quite loud until later evening, but also a little interesting to watch. Close to so much to do.

Stayed here for an event at Tacoma dome and it was super convenient!

Absolutely loved staying here! The apt is so nicely decorated with almost every amenity that you would need for a long or short stay. Decent size rooms, bathrooms, open kitchen floor plan to a good size living room with a balcony. Can’t go without mentioning the huge bathtubs !!!The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe and for two travel nursing gals that was very important to us. wish we could’ve stayed at this location longer and if we take a contract out here again I so hope I’ll be able to book this place again. Also Nichole & Karie were absolutely amazing and so helpful with anything that we needed!

The place was beautiful, well designed and good use of space. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. We were in town for a family event, so we didn’t have much time to spend and chill in the space, unfortunately, as the landscaping was beautiful and there is a nice deck overlooking that, and also one of the largest TVs I’ve ever seen! So it would have been nice to chill and watch a movie there, drink some coffee on the deck, etc. Eduard was very responsive in helping us to get set up with EV charging, which we really appreciate! We’ll definitely see if this is available again the next time we have a family thing, only next time we’ll stay longer!

We lived our stay! Great location in west Seattle, easy to get to your typical tourist activities. The space was great, spacious and had everything you need and more! Try accommodating with my 9 month old, we appreciated all the necessary baby supplies and toys! Easy check in, and included parking, which we loved! Also! A cute park down the street if you’re traveling with kiddos :)

This was a cozy stay in an older charming house in a very nice neighborhood. I had everything I needed and the directions for getting the key were easy to follow and clear. I would for sure stay here again!

Beautiful place, my toddler loved all the ships in the port and all the planes that flew by. The house was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area.

Great space to enjoy our Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for us and our dogs. The family loved it.

Nice, clean place with plenty of space. Had basic amenities to be able to cook and clean. Basic linens which was a nice convenience. Great yard for dogs to run around and hang out. Walkable neighborhoods with nearby trails, too. Close to town. Easy directions and instructions. Highly recommend this host and place!

Shannon's place was just perfect for us. It was nice for the weather to be perfect as well. The patio was relaxing and enjoyable; we had beautiful sunsets every evening we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful (other than the note below). The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Our hosts have a little one, while we could hear his pitter-patter in the morning, it made us smile, I was amazed and how little of it there was. Our hosts were very considerate of us :) We were there for 5 days, and loved it. Would definitely stay again. *Just a note, while it did not bother us, we learned that the far off Indian reservation launches fireworks every evening for about 30 days of the year, too bad we couldn't see them. The noise of course carries, so we could hear the booming. It would last for sometime. It was a very distant booming, not up close, just enough to make us wonder what it was a were it was coming from, not enough to startle us at all.

Lisa has gone above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. From the welcome snacks to the small sunscreen and other items in the bathrooms, she has put a lot of thought and planning to ensure guests have an exceptional experience at the lake. The kitchen has some of the nicest cooking tools that I have seen in an Airbnb and we were able to happily cook most meals in. We stayed three nights and enjoyed kayaking, hiking in the local area, as well as eating at local restaurants. It was a perfect vacation with our kids and we created many happy memories. One of the most unexpected surprises was the floating dock on the lake: my daughter spent two hours daily playing on the dock, jumping back and forth between the deck and the floating dock. It felt like a giant water bed. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place, I cannot recommend it enough.

We traveled to WA from Wi to celebrate my cousins graduation. Sarah was very fast with responding to any messages I sent. She made sure we had propane for our little cookout. I absolutely loved the house. Was close to my family in town as well so was even more of a bonus.

It was magical! I loved it so much I’m daydreaming about selling my own house and moving to beautiful Issaquah.

We had a great experience at Andrew’s house in Bonney Lake. House is very comfortable and clean and Andrew extremely kind and responsive. The neighborhood is very nice and feels really safe. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. It was just what I needed for a solo getaway. Thanks Jonathan for the great communication and for providing such an awesome place!

What a hidden gem in Tacoma! The home is absolutely beautiful. Being tucked away off the main road made for two incredibly peaceful nights of sleep 💤 The three floor layout made it feel like our two families had their own living spaces, but could come together when we wanted to! So much better than a hotel. It felt safe to walk around the neighborhood, too! The home is FULL of useful amenities - and perfectly stocked of anything you might need from home! I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking! 10/10, A+. I have stayed at another property managed by Michael’s and his family and both experiences have been top notch! We will 100% stay here the next time we come down to the area. Thank yo again Michael and family for being so thoughtful and hosting such stunning properties!

We were in town for a week and were perfectly comfortable in this unit. The condo was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of dishes, pots, pans and everything you might need to bake or cook. There are many thoughtful additions as well. Keurig coffee pods, water dispenser, paper products, hand soaps, hair dryer. Location is blocks from Lake Sammamish State Park, minutes from Costco Corporate, and easy access to I90 if you’re heading to Bellevue or Seattle. Plenty of restaurants, grocery options and shopping are nearby. A personal suggestion would be for some nice comfy chairs for the balcony. Danielle was great as a host and welcomed us at check in. She answered any and all questions we had and welcomed our elderly dog as well. We love the Seattle area and this is a great option for a home away from home.

Alexandra’s home was exactly as described in the listing and the location is perfect for doing all the fun things in Issaquah! Super close to the lake too! Great sidewalks for walking around! Alexandra communicated great from the time I booked until I was checked out! I highly recommend her home!!

Breanna is an ANGEL!!! Not only was her place perfect so was she!! He place is beach front! Super beautiful area. She had accommodations. I had an emergency arise while I was staying and she saved me out of a serious pinch helping me with her own money!! She is seriously the best host anyone could ever ask for.
