Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

This is my second time staying with Tina and I will always recommend her home. Beautiful blooms this time of year and she has gone to great lengths to make you feel right at home. Staying here always makes my work trips feel a little less chaotic. Highly recommend!

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Monté was an exceptional host—very responsive, thoughtful, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect. This is an amazing place to stay for a traveling single or couple! Everything was well kept, private, and comfortable but also very close to everything you need. We arrived as the host was tending to the goats, so we got to meet her and Moose the dog as well (who is very excitable and friendly!). It was nice to feed the goats who are well socialized and are very well taken care of. It's in a nice and quiet area. I would definitely stay here again!

This quaint tiny house was beautifully designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the layout was well thought out. The private closed in yard gave my dog a space to wander safely and the host had reasonable requests/house rules. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Another banger place to keep on my list for Atlanta & you should too! Accommodating, Nice spaces for parking, peaceful neighborhood, Its all there. Do not skip a beat if you come across this listing. Host is amazing and ready to address any problems if you need. P.s. IF YOU WHERE SOCKS INSIDE BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE WOOD FLOORS LOL.

This was our third time being hosted by Gregory and , as usual, he didn't disappoint. We came to ATL for a family emergency and needed to stay somewhere. It was so fortunate that Gregory's cottage was available, and , in the blink of an eye, were reserved it and were set to go. One less worry on our plate especially knowing that the cottage would be comfortable and comforting.

Jack was friendly and very responsive from the get go! The place was adorable and exactly as described. I mentioned I was bringing my son who is just under 2 years old and he already had the pack n play crib set up for us when we got there. The place was quiet, clean and very comfy. We slept so well each night! Highly recommend Jack and his Farm Cottage near Grant Park - it's close to the zoo, the aquarium and so much more. We'll be back!

The home was exactly as expected. The additional home behind the house was excellent for my co-workers and allowed us to have time to work together but still allowed for privacy. I would recommend renting both homes if traveling with a group.

Troy’s place is quiet, new, cozy, and perfect for a stay with my wife. Troy is a great host and his property is immaculate. We will definitely rent from him again in the future.

It was a lovely experience! The parking drive way is a bit steep and there (inevitably) were some bugs, otherwise it was perfect!

Great stay for a quick trip while traveling. Neighborhood felt very safe and the instructions to find the accommodation and check in were very clear. Huge bonus that the host will provide aquarium access using their seasonal pass which helped us save a good amount of money and skip the line. Kind host, and overall great stay.

Super functional and sweet spot in the backyard. Absolutely awesome neighborhood! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Nadia was quick to respond, great communication. Added bonus of a washer/dryer and a place to park your car! Absolutely recommend.
