Monthly Rentals in South End, Charlotte

I stayed here for my summer internship and it was perfect! A 2 min walk to the lightrail and right off the rail trail- so tons of restaurants and breweries close by. Erin was very helpful and super responsive during our entire stay.

What a great place and price for a couple to stay ! Ample space and we were not boxed in like a motel room, and had 2 Private outdoor spaces ! Everything was clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The closet was large updated, and clean with a shelf or hanging space for everything.....even our luggage, so as not to have all of your stuff sitting in the floor. I love historic homes, and the massive crown moldings and glass doorknobs just added to the charm, and the neighborhood was charming, as well. We were even able to walk to BOA stadium, and avoid parking and traffic jams. Many, many, many restaurants, pubs, and other little stores, all within walking distance, and everything was well lit and safe. Also, had a small convenience store just a few steps from the back parking. That came in very handy for small items that we did not have to get in the car and drive to purchase. Would definitely recommend, and stay here, if my travels lead me to Charlotte, again Thanks !!!

Very accurate description. A very walkable neighborhood, clean rental, safe snd secure entry, plenty of linens, towels, plates, utensils, pots and pans. A great rental at a great price!
