All year round. With its own private garden, you have uninterrupted views of open pasture and distant views to the South Downs. There's a firepit with plenty of logs and a gas bbq for convenience. 'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
