Monthly Rentals in South County

Sanela’s home was a lifesaver for my wife and I, we were stuck in two days of winter storms on the road and we were able to rest and safely park our van in the garage. The home was so comfortable and cozy and extremely well set up for any group. Convenient location in a quiet area, fully stocked and completely spotless. (Cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in over 8 years) She was extremely gracious and responsive, even allowing us a late checkout which helped recuperate from being stuck on the road for two extra days. We will 100% return to Sanela’s home when we are in the area!

Aaron was a five star, top notch gracious host. Of all my Airbnb stays around the country, he was the best host I've encountered. The unit was clean and the same as the pictures posted. WiFi was fast. Kitchen had everything needed. Shower water stayed hot, and the unit had a nice washer/dryer set. Aaron and his family live below the unit but they're quiet and keep to themselves and make your privacy a top priority. It feels like you have the whole place to yourself. With that said, any questions or concerns and Aaron was just a text away and very quick to respond, always with a positive response and answer. The unit worked soo well for us that we stayed a month. We were contemplating another month stay and Aaron took the unit off the scheduling calendar for us to free up the space from other reservations. He was patient while we could finalize our plans. Unfortunately, in the end, we couldn't stay longer. However, we would definitely stay again in the future. 5 out of 5 recommend.

We had a good stay at Vance's place. Very clean, cozy spot, and had lot's to do in the area. The communication with Vance was smooth, and super quick. Unfortunately we got snowed in a few day's after arriving, but Vance had someone out there in a short time to clear the driveway for us! Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

This is a roomy 3 BR rambler in a nice older suburban neighborhood. Interior seems to be completely newly remodeled. Beautiful floors, tile and wood. Squeaky clean. Excellent kitchen. Fenced in backyard. Huge finished basement. Interstate 55 is 5 minutes away, from there you can get anywhere. The Grant’s Farm/Greenway bike and walk trail is 10 minutes away by foot.
