Holiday rentals with beach access in South Coast

Excellent stay. Unfortunately the sun didn’t shine so the umbrella got some good use, it was these little touches that made the stay great and easy. Hosts were amazing with communication and super kind.

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

It was such a beautiful place. Very clean and presentable. Literally couldn’t fault anything about the place at all. The apartment is on what felt like a main road and we found it hard at times to find a park but that was definitely nothing to do with the hosts. Actually the only thing I would suggest was a clothes rack inside as it was raining and I had clothes that I couldn’t put in the dryer. THANK YOU

House was as advertised in a quiet area. Walk across the bridge to the town centre was about 20 mins. We saw dolphins in the water. Pub/restaurant down the road called The Punt House had great views & delicious food. The Cullendulla Beach Track was also not far. Would stay again

What a find! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Nestled in a prime location, it's just a stone's throw from all the amenities of Newport yet feels remarkably peaceful and private. The views from the apartment are nothing short of spectacular, providing a stunning backdrop to our getaway. One of the highlights was the private beach, which we often had all to ourselves. There’s something incredibly serene about enjoying a beach day without the crowds. The apartment itself is exquisitely designed, boasting high-quality furniture, sheets, and towels that made our stay even more comfortable. We truly had everything we needed for a wonderful few days of relaxation and enjoyment. We can't wait to return to this delightful spot – it’s become a treasured memory for us! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect escape.

Matthews place was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. Very lovely green views, short walk to restaurants and comfy beds and couches. the kitchen was well stocked!

Michael is super responsive and this place is right where you want to be in front of the beautiful bondi beach! My mom and I loved watching the water crash from adorable beachy chairs in the living room. We are very grateful for the in-unit laundry machines because we did the blue mountains hiking trip beforehand. The air conditioner and heater worked amazing too. It was both sunny and raining since we traveled end of April/May so we used both air and heat. There’s a smell when you get into the front door of the building because the trash (next to the bar) is on the first level and we told michael who took care of that right away! The unit is 3 stories up so when we got inside there’s no smell in the unit. Overall we felt really lucky to find this bondi gem. To be honest - I’m usually a 5 star hotel person and I was happy to choose this airbnb instead! It was perfect for us - beachy and cozy :)

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure every detail was perfect. The location was fantastic.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

Ingela's place is amazing, perfectly located, stunning views and so so relaxing. A perfect place to access the bay and the beach and we were so lucky to have beautiful weather and spectacular sun rises. The house is so peaceful and had plenty of room for our group of 7. We loved the front deck and the fire place, great kitchen for cook ups, and our puppy was very happy in this safe environment. Thanks for having us, we would definitely love to come back.

Few places can offer affordable beachfront, but this place was PERFECT! While the itself is on the small and quaint side, it was clean, well-equipped and very homely. The beds were comfortable and lots of living spaces: lounge, sunroom, deck, garden. We all loved the beach and enjoyed swimming in the ocean - literally 50m from the back deck. The locals shops were a short walk and we loved all the restaurants. We had beautiful weather, amazing sun rises and sunsets and LOVED our relaxing Easter. We can’t wait to come back. And I’m sure we will.

What a gorgeous and luxe beach stay at Barrack Point. Within 5 mins, you are on the headland walk or diving in the ocean at Warilla Beach. The house is spacious yet cosy with a fabulous pool that was used daily and perfect for a quick dip. The house was immaculately clean and had every kitchen utensil you can think of, right down to birthday candles which was a thoughtful addition!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved this Airbnb

Steve’s place was absolutely stunning!! Beautiful views to wake up to 😊 It was quite small for a penthouse but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in beauty. Steve was really kind in letting me get ready for my wedding in his apartment with my two close friends. This was a really special experience and my friends were stunned by the view! It made for some absolutely beautiful photos! Thanks Steve 🥰

Alan’s Place was absolutely perfect for our night away! Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Everything we needed was provided. Alan was extremely accommodating and easy to contact. The little personal touches Alan provided for our stay made us feel right at home.

This was our third time staying at this amazing property, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The home is always so well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay effortless and relaxing. The owners are absolutely wonderful—attentive, thoughtful, and clearly take great pride in managing the property. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

I spent a lovely few days in EMILY‘s whale Beach escape. I was looking for a quiet retreat in Sydney and this was perfect. The bus made it easy to get around without a car. I went to Avalon Beach swimming and whale Beach is close by. I did an amazing moonlight walk on the . They were goodies in the fridge, plus snacks and a little bottle of sparkling wine that was very well received. Highly recommended. Matthew.

Al was absolutely amazing throughout my booking from the start to the end. I was running a little late for check in, and as long as I kept him updated, he was great. The accommodation has everything you need that keeps you private and self contained. It's clean and tidy, and had enough space for me as I was travelling alone. I highly recommend this place for the location, price, and the friendly and approachable host. Thanks Al, I hope to see you again!
