Heathfield is a charming Cotswold cottage located in its own grounds on the fringes of the village of Ampney Crucis Gloucestershire and approx. 3.2 miles from Cirencester ( the Roman Corinium) capital of the Cotswolds. Recently refurbished to a high standard the cottage offers on drive parking, entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom/wc/ whb, well equipped modern kitchen, pantry, south opening sitting room, dining room, 2 double bedrooms for up to 4 people, walk-in shower/wc/whb. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.

Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
