Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Carlsbad State Beach

Paul and Amy's place is just as described - a big backyard with plenty of space for dogs to run around, spa amenities, and a comfortable interior. I ran the SD marathon, so it was nice having the spa treatment there. The area is nice and walkable, with restaurants nearby by car. Would stay again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s an amazing layout, comfortable, private areas that are inviting. The view from the front porch and the rooftop are fabulous. Clean. Everything you need and more. This really was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Super close to LEGOLAND. One right turn and you are there. Beach views and access. I would stay here again. I fact. I’m planning my next trip and will stay here again.

Robin was a great hostess. She was extremely responsive but we didn' really need to communicate with her ince we were checked in. The cottage was a beautiful little space that was perfect for my two older parents. The area was quiet, off set from the main street but still close enough (5-15mins) to groceries, shopping and the beach. The cottage has plenty of ameneties for your stay and 1 spot for parking.

This airbnb was conveniently located and was as advertised. Place was clean and the check-in process was seamless. Would definitely check out other Wander locations in the future.

Lisa and Menotti have a beautiful beach escape that was perfect for our small group celebrating a birthday. The sliding door and balcony were beautiful and such a nice feature to let in the beach breeze. The house was pristine, comfortable, and so well designed. All amenities you would need. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and accommodated a late check out which allowed us to wake up early and check out low tide in the morning! Definitely will stay again.

Bob and Kim's guest home was perfect for my family of four. It offered plenty of space to relax and was ideally located-just 10 minutes from the wedding venue. Both Bob and Kim were incredibly kind and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay at their property again if my travels bring me to or near Vista, CA. Thank you again for being such wonderful hosts and giving my family and me the pleasure of staying at your lovely home.

Such a great place! I’ve stayed in a fair few good airbnbs, but this one really stood out. The location is great and the home was absolutely pristine, but what I really appreciated was that everything the house was stocked with was superior quality. I’ve never stayed in a place that did the small things so well - the pans were great, the appliances were great, the towels, the bed linens, they even had a full set of glass Tupperware and a water filter in the fridge.

Michael and Arlene are excellent hosts. Their home is beautiful, cozy, and even better than in the photos. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely love to come back. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

Wonderful little place in south Oceanside. Super close and even walkable to most things and the beach. Spotless clean and pretty.

We loved our stay! The place was accurately described and clean. There were nice touches throughout the place and Karin's binder of suggestions for food and activities was extremely helpful - she's done all of the work for you. The outside area is really nice and relaxing. We had bad luck with weather (June gloom!) so we were inside more than we wanted to be so it got a little tight especially with doing the dishes.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Solana Beach! Highlights include the unbeatable location—just steps from Fletcher Cove Park (with beach access, picnic areas and sunsets), a few blocks from the train station and Cedros Design District (home to boutiques, cafes and the famous Belly Up music venue), and near great restaurants like Claire’s, Pizza Port, Pillbox, Lofty Coffee, Chief’s Burgers, Gelato 101 and Rustic Root. While there’s no nearby grocery store, CVS is walkable and Instacart worked well. Don’t miss the Sunday farmers market! The studio, though cozy, was well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfy bed, spacious bathroom and access to laundry and patios (the upper one has ocean views!). Our hosts were incredibly communicative and caring. Highly recommend these cute lofts for anyone wanting a true local experience in Solana Beach!!!

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

Perfect base to attend conference, trolley stop just down the road which was only a few stops away from gaslight area and conference center. Bed was really comfortable, and whilst there was occasional street noise I found it quiet at night and slept really well. Rachel has decorated the apartment beautifully and having a kitchen is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is great to chill out and the washing line was really handy to hang out handwashed clothes, if you are lucky you might get a visit from the friendly cats next door. Rachel was really responsive to questions, great restaurants near, and a few small grocery stores.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. Contact with Lorraine was always "just in time" and provided all the necessary information, and the digital guide also contains everything you need about the entire complex. This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. First we would stay here again. Location is centrally located to everything (beaches, restaurants, golfing, shopping). The condo is fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfy. Host Julie was always very responsive, knowledgeable and flexible.

You can’t beat the un obstructive view of the ocean! Beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The little dog park out back was a nice touch. Parking was super easy and helpful! Within walking distance to many places. One of the best places we’ve stayed at!

A wonderful condo in the Omi resort.Has everything you need , fully stocked .great views out of the 2 sliders .A Walkable area in the resort and a lagoon and beaches not faraway. I enjoyed the walks in the resort and the restaurant.

Jesse was great, sent notifications when needed and reminders and checked in with me at different points of my stay. The place was cute and clean; looked exactly like the photos and was in such a nice calm relaxing area. Exactly what I needed after a long workday.

If you want to get away and relax with family, this is the place. I believe this was our 4th time staying here and just like other times everything was perfect. Being an ocean front property things go bad in the homes but not this property! Benny keeps everything clean and is always upgrading his property. Every time we come the unit looks newer and nicer than our previous stay and in our opinion it’s already absolutely perfect. We always stay for 4 days, park our car and walk everywhere. Our kids rent surfboards from the liquor store 1 block away and we store them in the courtyard all weekend. No need for a car once you’re at Benny’s. The Thursday evening street fair/market is a must for anyone visiting on a Thursdays, it’s a quick walk from the unit. Also if you have any questions Benny will respond within minutes. Our family can’t wait to be back next summer.
