You're a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in Leucadia! At home is your own entrance though a spacious patio into a cozy living area with a kitchenette, TV and fireplace. Down the hall is a bedroom with its own TV and french doors to the same private patio. We have beach chairs, beach towels, an ice chest and boogie boards for your use. There's even an outdoor shower with hot water for your use after a fun filled day of sun and surf!

Located just east of historic Highway 101 in a quiet neighborhood a mile from beach access, you're close to many eclectic shops, restaurants and entertainment. You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio.
